I see that 7Digital are in on this as well.

From todays RNS

"Another part of the industry where innovative new digital services are emerging is live music. One of the Company's new contracts is with the creators of a proprietary hardware and accompanying app, whose mission is to offer live music digitally immediately after concerts. This new technology has received significant investment and will be announced publicly in the coming weeks."

I see doors closing on shorts.

Difference, as you well know, is that EVRH has done a fundraising since announcing those deals. Investors like Blueport and Schroders had the chance to do proper due diligence on the contracts with the music majors etc.
Nice try at mudchucking, but your aim as ever woeful.

.... but at the time the Cloudtag bull were claiming all sorts of similar associations with names like Huawei etc. ?

I agree it doesn't really feel the same right now but I'm not sure exactly how you tell the difference between them until it is too late.

Loggers, appropriate to mention the cautionary tale of CTAG, I was so lucky there, buying on the way up, saw huge paper gains when it spiked and was about to pat myself on the back when they started missing their launches, managing to sell out at much the same price on the way down.

Really don't think this is like that, but I guess up until launch day you could argue that it is the same, just that the players involved are bigger and better !

However, Sony, Warner Chappel and Universal are not well known for associating with dodgy types.

I've seen it, it exists. You're just a deramping troll trying to subtly cast doubt.

In the last RNS the company said it was going to launch its product in the coming weeks. I think we can assume therefore that some sort of product will be launched but we don't know when and what it is.

It would be a very odd position if it ended up that there was no product. However it's possible. This is exactly what happened at Cloud Tag where investors lost every penny.

Yup - Jaknife now moved on in his ramping tosh. Sad muppet.

JakNife - was that an admission that they have a product ?

Not only hardware but they have a tie up with ACER for hardware. They seem far far further down the road with Gaming VR than EVRH.

logs - if I am not mistaken, StarVR do hardware, different kettle of fish.

@max I'm aware they are in a much bigger segment of the market. MelodyVR are the niche here. Sorry but the valuation here looks way overcooked.

Logs - StarVR is in a different niche to Melody.
It is a bit like comparing oceanbottomVR to Melody and saying "oh dearie me".

B+ for effort.

Oculus have just announced via email the launch of a new privacy centre that will go live on 20th May 2018.

I signed up with Oculus for news on the Oculus Go, nothing else.

Does that mean that the App / Services for Oculus Go will be coming on-line from 20th May ?

Just saying.

seem to be far far more advanced and in a much bigger market than EVRH. They are looking to IPO at half the current value of EVRH.

Why would anyone buy EVRH and not Star ?

Trump, chill out. The good thing about having an EVRH short position is that there's no need to wake up early. More concerned about the dentist ; )

Naive tosh from loglorry. Sure they could have disclosed all the financial details of every deal. Which would have been manna for those doing the next deals with them.
Of course you're probably not shorting at all, just trying to hold the price back whilst you accumulate. Same with all you eejits, not really worth responding to. But one does so others know your agenda.

While you are at it logs - Have you met Anthony, was he what you expected? What other posts does he hold away from Melody? Does he have experience in the business? Does he have a vision for the company? Has he a trail of failed AIM businesses in his past?Cos you seem to be saying all CEOs are the same.

I'm curious logs, how many CEOs have you met?

"Better to offer hope and expectation"

Well certainly a lot easier than tangible results. I've never met a CEO who didn't think his company was worth way more than the current valuation. It's their job.

I wonder if anyone thinking of buying EVRH may wonder what value they've added to the £5M asset they bought. Would they wonder where the other £170M came from?

Loggers, such a statement would be most welcome, but I suspect, most unlikely to come.
Any revenue target that was written down would be, depending on your view point, castigated as either too excessive, or too paltry. You could not come up with a figure that everyone would say "fair enough" to.

If you then subsequently missed, or exceeded, the target, you would get it in the neck all over again.

Better to offer hope and expectation, but not write anything down !

Hence the often referenced MVR directors quote "this is worth billions".

Its just whether we are talking in USD's or Zimbabwean whotsits.

Nocky44 - Takeover before launch, no way, it would have happened already at a cheaper sp, directly afterwards when the froth is frothier than a very frothy Carlsberg, then maybe.

Not at all. Plenty of companies sign meaningful deals and give enough details via an RNS to understand how much those deals are worth. Here's an example.

"EVR has an exclusive deal to supply all of Warner musics VR content for a period of 5 years throughout Europe. During that time Warner will receive 50pc of any revenues derived. If EVRH meet a revenue target of £100M over that time they may extend the period at EVRH option"

I'm just v surprised there isn't a similar deal in place given the £175M market cap.

Maybe there is but I can't find any mention of one?
