Nope Igbert results are not PR they are legally binding statement of the companies accounts.

I would agree with you that it might be best to sneak them out at the same time as a load of PR about a product launch to try and distract investors from reading them.

Results are PR. Makes sense to issue them when the app is launched in the coming weeks so that they can update the analysts properly on the mega massive ginormous prospects.

Jak EVRH investors like to see money spent because then think for every dollars spent they're going to end up getting it back a gazillion fold in the form of a very valuable business.

Zak suggests a modest rise to 22p. i.e. a cap of more than a quarter of a billion pounds for a non existent app. Another red flag IMO.

He's not saying that at all. He's saying why leave it until the last minute. The accounts must be very very simple to prepare. I think folk may be a bit surprised to see what's been spent.

I see Jaknife is trying to suggest that EVR's accounts are late. The accounts to 31/12/17 are not due to be filed until the end of June. Worry not.
