Ref 3652 ...best post of the day by loglorry.

"Obviously your not a serious investor"

"no value in kicking tyres"

There must be some value in kicking tyres as quite a few of us on here are now sat with 600% or more in profit.

Another bitter twisted TROLL who never got on the train at the beginning.

If its peace and good luck that we need please let us have it, whilst you stand alone on the platform with a long sad face still telling us we have got it all wrong !!

Time will be the judge of that... not you.

When you met the founders did they highlight the risks and point out what an eyewatering valuation it was trading at? I'm guessing they told you exactly what you want to hear and you thought they were great guys for it.

Guess things never change. I'll leave you in peace good luck.

Loglorry clearly lost his load, wonder what his other alias is !!!

Appears from nowhere and does nothing else but try to put a negative slant with out the capabilities of actually reading through the companies history.

Definite TROLL.

If you want to be so negative at least get your research correct before posting or leave this board in peace.

This share has had amazing news on all fronts. It's only going up. No idea what the trolls expect but they are way off line.Ignore and move on, no ones interested.

When did I say anything about Spotify other than that I actually agreed with you that comparisons with it at this stage were unrealistic? As for being a serious investor, I know the size of my portfolio so I don't have any doubts about how serious I am! That's why Ive met the founders & BOD of EVR numerous times over last couple yrs. Have you? - or is the extent of your due diligence to read 18month old, out of date accounts?

OK bobby - obviously you are not a serious investor who thinks there is value kicking the tyres. You just want to cheer lead and read feel good posts like this time next year we'll be buying Spotifiy. Well good luck with that strategy.

Loglorry - it feels like you're just trying to think of anything negative to say for the sake of it? Their last filed a/c's are for yr end Dec 2016! What's happened since then is hugely significant in adding tangible value to their business but obviously that also has to come from revenue in due course. The mkt cap today represents what investors (which btw are far more extensive than just a few retail investors) feel the future potential holds here. If you're so sceptical then why not spend your time reading a/c's on companies you believe in & leave us alone!

Too true Bobby and in a few years time, Melody may consider buying Spotify, who knows....,:)))

OK bobby but can any of this be supported by actual numbers? The intangibles (e.g. what you think is amazing) are on the balance sheet for a tiny fraction of the market cap. I guess you just don't think that matters.

Where would they get the money from?

Spotify with a valuation of $30bn and LiveNation at $8bn could readily acquire EVRH as a compliment to their existing businesses.

This is going to push up past 20p onto launch. Can't wait for the revenues to start coming in for concerts already in the can:))))Artists themselves are going/ already love Melody, the chance for them to bring their fans #closertothemusic

OK bobby but your claims don't seem to be supported by the accounts. Are you saying the cost of the content was zero because the founders "created it"? I can't see where these intangibles were capitalised in the accounts. I may have missed it though.

"On 16 May 2016 the company acquired MelodyVR Ltd which has developed technologies, products and services that enable users to consume immersive virtual reality (VR) experiences."

So 23 months ago. Not exactly long to build 6000 hours of content do you think? That would be 260 hours a month! I've not seen anything capitalised for content in the accounts either but may have missed it. That suggests a lot of this content was in the £5M acquisition cost.
