if the insitutions had any common sense, they would stop the company doing any further testing on their other products, save the remaining £8m or so and distribute it to the shareholders, and leave the company as a shell, sell off the research.

I just checked the BL of this company. Up to Yesterday they have 25.9 millions of shares, Cash and security 17.18 millions means 0.66pences, Then We have Creditors short 1.92millions, and Debtors 1.32millions. I wonder how much cash burn they are going to do in the coming year. In the last six month RD was more than 5 millions. I think most probably is worth a punt anyway maybe a few thousands will do. Pure gambling but all this kind of shares are for gamblers anyway so what the hell! Merry christmas to all of you

spiv , their view on the prospects of this company is worth diddlysquat... they are the same people who had a certain view circa £1.30 or previous placing higher.
However, I bought into ELH all the way down and saw it go bust. I'll not be buying anymore EVC until Feb earliest and the company makes a clear strategy for the future

Not sure when that 78000 trade at 41p was from. It hasn't been there for a couple of days. Either a delayed trade from 2 days ago or someone is prepared to pay way over the odds for a larger trade. I suspect it's the former but it would be very nice if it was the latter!
