05/12/2006 16:44 | lomax Randomwalker is right, only surefire way to make money on the stock market is to buy only blue chip companies when markets have declined in a brutal bear market and then enjoy the dividends of these companies and see a steady growth in the prices of these blue chips during a bull market for around three or four years. this way you don't have to follow markets sit back and enjoy I mean household name companies like BT, Glaxo, Banks etc | indian3
05/12/2006 16:35 | lomaximus....if you are thinking of starting trading, just look at the shape of this stock's chart over the last few months and imagine that you had £5k+ invested before this week. If that makes you feel ill, then maybe trading is something to avoid. There are few people for whom it makes sense....for most paying off debt, then building up a cash pile then investing in basket share investments (trackers) is a far better idea | randomwalker

05/12/2006 15:56 | A couple of questions. If they are rumoured to have £10m in the bank, why on earth would they be looking to place 4m shares to raise just under £1m? Is this £10m 'untouchable' and they need the cash for working capital? If not then I feel their cash position must be worse than some people think. | bungeetrader
05/12/2006 15:20 | some how i don't think this will go to 10p with the recent buys taking place, don't be too surprised if it ticks up 7 or 8p tomorrow considering the falls of the past two days. | indian3
