encarter - I'm presuming that you have a summary ready for me, preferably both with and without allowing for dilutive effect of the convertibles and warrants?

I hold already. I'm aware can buy within the spread. But as it appears as 15% then it might be a deterent for some potential buyers. KH

krishall,

Don't be put off by the apparent spread. I topped up the other day for 4.5p, when that was supposedly the mid-price. i.e. it is possible to buy well within the spread.

Market cap is about 2.1m now and investment in CEG is about 2.3m but could be much more when they list in Dec. They also have a couple of other businesses which are doing well. Education in China is going to be massive, dyor.

Number of shares listed is now 44.78m.
So 3.5m shares would be around 7.8% of company.

No news is usually bad news when it comes to share dealing imho. CEG obviously won't be happening in November and without it the share price will surely suffer.

I have held these shares in an online account for the since the company launched.
Is it purely a 5 for 1 deal?
Whats the deal with the issueing of the Warrants?

I'm now going to find out why the hell my online broker didn't send me any info on the 5 for 1

The 3.5+ million shares traded today must be around 10% of the number of shares in issue now - am I right?

At least advfn have renumbered graph scales to take account of the 5 for 1.
As to what's happening... no idea. Does anyone know if any mention of CEG at EGM yesterday - or was it stictly other business?

any idea what's happening here? There are no transactions going through and the maximum deal size I'm being offered at present is 1500 shares. Plus no news on CEG which should be on OFEX in November?

unfortunately no one else looks at it as a buy opportunity given the lack of transactions today.

and very kind of them to drop the bid offer to old money 0.8 - 1 after yesterdays close of 0.9-1.2

4p / 5p. (20% Spread). So much for narrowing the spread after the consolidation.
