Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK, Ireland and West Africa focused oil and gas exploration, development and production company, is pleased to announce, further to its announcement of 2 October 2023, that it has received notification from the Irish Government's Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) that the Minister has given his consent to extend the Phase 1 of FEL 4/19 to 31 January 2026. The Company intends to use the extension to carry out further technical studies and allow more time to secure a partner to advance development of the licence.

Predator RNS this morning:

The Company has received since its last operations update a communication from the GeoScience Regulation Office ("GSRO") at the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications informing the Company that consideration of its application for a successor authorisation to Licensing Option 16/26 Corrib South is hoped to be concluded during Q1 2024 and that the GSRO would be writing to the Company shortly in relation to this matter.

Paul Griffiths, Executive Chairman of Predator, commented:

“Ireland has taken us by surprise. We remain cautiously optimistic that we potentially have a partner for Corrib South in the event a successor authorisation is awarded. There is no guarantee that the conclusion of the GSRO DECC process would necessarily result in a positive outcome for the Company. Corrib South is a quality exploration asset adjacent to the Corrib gas field infrastructure and was formerly held by Shell under a Reserve Licence authorisation."

The BOD needed a share buy-back in place to support the share price when it goes to these ridiculous levels . This BOD haven’t a clue about shareholder value and support . As long as they get their salaries .

Currypasty, maybe you can contact the buyer for EDR, ask them to bid/buy EOG as well, they can get cheap at 1.5p minimum.

or maybe someone else who able to contact that buyer can do so.

What we need is a shareholders revolt, not the drip drip of shareholder sales!!
Grow a set you larger shareholders who can call an EGM & get it done before little Willie destroys whats left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed Currypasty. Unfortunately the greed and utter disrespect for shareholders shown by our BOD's does nothing to encourage share ownership. But who would be selling at these lows and so many shares when we have so much news to come?
