23/1/2024 13:08 | who is selling then ? another 2 mil gone today | currypasty
23/1/2024 08:20 | Good to see Brent back to $80 a barrel, will certainly help | tommy241
22/1/2024 17:11 | Treasure, bury those thoughts, because there are many here who will not let this slide & want little Willie & his sidekick out as soon as possible. If Brian actually worked for his shareholders, he would have given them both that message by now - you have failed & time to go!!!!!!!!!! | enfranglais
22/1/2024 12:49 | Treasure, the share price is down to the BODs and currently not doing very well. You want positive thoughts from shareholders, then the BODs need to get the share price up. They dont seem to be able to convince the market or whoever is selling to stay with the company. | jedc1
22/1/2024 11:13 | I do hope Tommy,we could do without the dead weight of negativity hanging around and the lady that was sat next to him at the presentation back end of last year. Should pedal their thoughts in a more positive fashion | treasure
22/1/2024 10:27 | Seller still around, any thoughts if this is Paul Barrett? | tommy241
19/1/2024 16:49 | Yes - given what has happened recently this is very poor show. And we shareholders have to just sit and accept it. Whatever happens this year my vote at the AGM will be to oust them all. Suet | suetballs
19/1/2024 15:58 | little Willie with his snout in the trough yet again!!!! Destroy the share price & then pick up cheap options, without reducing his salary, which is probably 3 times over his capabilities!!!!!!!! I agree with incentivisation but this is JUST GREED!!!!!!!!! | enfranglais
19/1/2024 15:41 | An ounce of decency would to me make it unreasonable to do this when in charge of a company valued at just 10 million. | 4sta
19/1/2024 15:17 | 4STA - the problem is that the greed of directors is self-perpetuated by the use of these remuneration consultants. Company recruits and negotiates a contract with execs on the basis of a "competitive" remuneration package. They gp to third parties to find out what "competitive" means. They say "this is what industry is doing - salary, pension contribution, private healthcare, travel insurance, xx months salary on termination, options, long term performance awards, ..." So the company says to shareholders, we've benchmarked against industry using third parties, and found that since every company grossly over-recompenses its executives, we have to as well. | spangle93
19/1/2024 14:05 | Still, at least we know what they do now, can't be easy scouring the industry for external consultants to continually review their renumeration packages ( at the shareholders cost I might add ). Must be few and far between the ones that actually recommend they aren't getting paid enough! | 4sta
19/1/2024 09:26 | Thanks ADNATROB.The audacity of this board beggars belief doesn't it. | 4sta
19/1/2024 09:07 | As expected the news of the new options went down well. These boys have no shame - hiding behind a "3rd party report" and "mutual agreement". What a load of tosh. But three years is a long time and I'm already looking forward to the next AGM. Suet | suetballs
19/1/2024 08:57 | 50 million though wow, what a rip off Will gets the most... | currypasty
19/1/2024 08:54 | Much more incentive if they actually used their own money to buy shares at this price and risk their hard earned like we do. | p@
19/1/2024 08:49 | I believe, in theory, if the exercise conditions are met and they want to sell, they have to buy the options at the exercise price. In reality, they will pay nothing and get paid the difference between the trade price on selling minus the exercise price. | adnatrob
19/1/2024 08:41 | Well the old options certainly worked well to incentivise the directors LOL The optionsare freebies | p@
19/1/2024 08:34 | Am I right in thinking that they can only have these options three years from now? Do they have to pay what the share price is now for them or do they just get given them? ....... excuse my ignorance. | 4sta
19/1/2024 08:27 | Surely this is a "two fingers up" sign to all us shareholders. Absolutely disgusting that they can get away with it. | 4sta
19/1/2024 08:07 | LOL. "The board recognises the importance of share options to appropriately incentivise and retain talent." I'm sure 'they' do recognise their 'talent', it's the rest of us that need proof!!, If they had confidence in their ability the share options should have been set At least at 1.5p. And they always seem to get the options when the share price is at a low average! | grannyboy
19/1/2024 07:59 | wow, what a give away of our money | currypasty
19/1/2024 07:36 | Wouldn’t give them any options they are paid more than enough to do the job let them buy shares like us at the market price. | thetoonarmy2 |
