22/11/2017 15:32 | Draft minutes now been released. | itsriskythat
22/11/2017 06:40 | Also there are a stack of Licencing Options that are up for renewal or transfer to FELs on the 28th Feb next year which may generate some interest. | jusmasel99
22/11/2017 06:32 | The window of opportunity for 2018 drill decisions in the Porcupine remains open probably up until the end of March next year given the state of the market for rigs and support vessels. Seismic processing results will be flooding in now and cases being presented to boards for CAPEX approval. As the new licences were all awarded at the same time and seismic acquired almost immediately thereafter I would suspect drill decisions to come in together. Prospective Drillers: Cairn Woodside Nexen ENI Statoil Exxon Mobil I would discount BP so that probably rules ENI out as their partner but they could farm in I suppose to another given their interest in the basin. | jusmasel99
21/11/2017 19:48 | "Capricorn has the right to farm-in to a 20% working interest in LO 16/27 from Providence & Sosina. The Option can be exercised by Capricorn within 60 business days of the completion (plugging and abandoning) of the 53/6-1 well on Frontier Exploration Licence 2/14". Cairn's option to farm in to Avalon will soon be up and so we will soon know if they have been put off by the failure at Druid/Drombeg. The basin won't be written off on that failure alone but there is only Nexen's well to look forward to next year. Even with farm outs and activity Avalon and for that matter EOG's licences can scarcely be drilled before 2019. | rogerlin
21/11/2017 17:37 | New presentation on the Kimmeridge limestones by Angus Energy: | itsriskythat
21/11/2017 17:27 | Chief Executive, Hugh Mackay, told DrillOrDrop: “It has taken a considerable period of time so far. It has been deferred twice. So we have decided to appeal for non-determination and at the same time we will resubmit the traffic management plan which will go back to the planning committee. “We feel we will have a better opportunity for a successful outcome if we take this twin approach.” | itsriskythat
21/11/2017 12:26 | "In parallel with this Europa will undertake additional consultations with Parish Councils and residents of Coldharbour Lane to provide further information regarding the TMP."What more information will satisfy Mole Valley District Council and the residents?Anyone heard of SMART objectives?Specific? NoMeasurable? NoAchievable? NoRealistic? NoTimed? No | itsriskythat
21/11/2017 11:41 | Sorry, yes meant inertia, not lack of. | 4sta
21/11/2017 11:34 | 6189: Why; if there isn't anything technically interesting? Post pvr well, a lot of people scratching heads? All imho of course. | dunderheed
21/11/2017 10:54 | the lack of inertia? That is about the one thing not in short supply. What they need is a bit of good old truculence. | joestalin
21/11/2017 10:52 | He does have a point but unless we complain to management directly about the lack of inertia here it seems that are happy to plod along at snails pace. My e-mail was sent this morning - they need to know that this isn't good enough. What on earth are we paying our legal team for? | 4sta
21/11/2017 10:15 | LSE board.. Tacuma Give me strength 5.75 No Opinion Such optimism is easily gained by some, what I want to see is, We HAVE submitted an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate, We HAVE re-submitted the CMP to SCC We HAVE arranged meetings with local Parish Councillors and residents of Coldharbour residents. Too many 'wills do's in this nonsense RNS. Five weeks to get to this point, give me strength. I've posted before, I don't subscribe to BS I'm not best pleased. he does have a point! | currypasty
21/11/2017 10:02 | The RNS was expected. Not too impressed by the last paragraph. "The Resubmittal and the Appeal form part of a dual track approach that Europa and its partners believe provides the "BEST" opportunity for a successful planning outcome and which will enable the discharge of Condition 19." Off out to speak with a favourite mentor of mine. I have a few!!!!!!!!! GLA, GD | greatfull dead
21/11/2017 09:13 | CP. I had been a buyer for quite a time and was happy with what I mgd to purchase. There was me 'worrying*' about my last tranche purchase at 31p lol!! * Typical tight b'stard | dunderheed
21/11/2017 08:55 | D. not nearly enough SQZ, lol.. Im amazed! Looking hopeful on Wressle this year, so lets make it a hat trick, and get an Irish licence partner, and be heard for Holmwood at December meeting. | currypasty
21/11/2017 08:48 | When this goes to appeal will it open the floodgates for another barrage of complaints and " what if's " from the Nimbies and possibly extra conditions being put in place so that they can hold us up yet again, or will it simply be condition 19 discussed? | 4sta
21/11/2017 08:47 | CP how many sqz did you manage to squirrel away mate - pretty good deal??!!! | dunderheed
21/11/2017 08:10 | Europa will also resubmit the Construction Traffic Management Plan to SCC for their consideration ('the Resubmittal'). In parallel with this Europa will undertake additional consultations with Parish Councils and residents of Coldharbour Lane to provide further information regarding the Traffic Management Plan. but why hasn't this already been done ? | currypasty
21/11/2017 07:53 | Surely, if as stated in the RNS, the construction traffic management plan submitted to SCC in September met all the requirements of condition 19, SCC should admit their mistake and allow the drill to go ahead without any further consultation necessary. Had a similar thing happen to me with a planning issue. I challenged the decision and they agreed I had fulfilled all the required conditions and did a turn around and discharged them. Only took a ten minute phone call. | 4sta
21/11/2017 07:24 | Good RNS - I wonder if they'll make it in time for the December planning meeting. | cheek212
20/11/2017 15:48 | Also would be example of (late) pro-activity from EDR - somethings severely lacking with EOG mgt - better late than never though I suppose (re EDR)! All imho of course! | dunderheed
20/11/2017 15:32 | I guess if true, would centre around costs!! | currypasty
20/11/2017 15:30 | I would suggest (I who know nothing) that the inspector has been informed of a possible 'deal' between EDR and NLC and that therefore his decision will rely on the outcome of those negotiations. Of course I may be wrong .... | jusmasel99 |
