It's cyclical, in most commodities it's 7 years feast 7 years famine, and gold is on a six year high going into its next golden bull stage.

Palladium is well into its bull phase, while platinum is clearly in bear mode.

Copper and nickel are in bear mode, but maybe showing signs of going into bull mode in coming months, maybe?

It's a complicated world right now.

It's interesting that when gold goes up everyone is running around looking for, and promoting, gold companies, but when platinum or palladium goes up nobody cares.

There was an interesting comment from Jangada in a recent RNS:

"Since the Company's IPO in June 2017, the Jangada Board has found there to be limited support in the UK financial markets for financing a PGM project. The support that Jangada has experienced is diametrically opposite to both the independent experts' value of the underlying assets and the level of support given to projects with similar asset suites on other bourses."

This at present also seems to be the view the general market regarding the purchase of shares in such companies. Where are the institutions that were supposedly interested in Eurasia.

CS has spoken on several occasions about what needs to be done, it's no secret.

Most of the work has already been done during the license application stage feasibility studies, but now we are at final stage a little more detail is required to design the mine for real, so a little more money and a little more time, to get us over the line and in total agreement with our partners.

Site surveys are being done, so a detailed actual plan can be agreed, verified and costed, then once we're all in agreement actual development work can begin.

This is when we get paid.

My answer to your 22208 post
The $50 million is mainly the payment to remove the the poor soil and rock above rich rocks with PGM.
Till that job starts we will not get paid much.
It does not make sense to start digging till the programme shows is the correct thing to do!!! They will postpone this activity as much as possible because money in the bank pays interests(or better a $50 million loan would cost lots of money in interests to Sinosteel ) , but a hole in the ground left there for months pays nothing. So digging will start when The programme says it is the time to start.
There is not hurry to get digging when rest of mine will not be ready for many months.
Above answer was implicit in one of the recent rns.
