chilltime, DL has form and the fact that MR is still around adds weight to that thinking for sure? Even more worrying for shareholders though is the likelihood it was deliberately done?

ENET have already forecast 20m of sales 2022/2023

They have a way to go yet to fill that void, it's already news so deals that fill the void are not news.

They had a chance today to reiterate that in news, but they didn't, ahem!

So it could well be in the coming months that news of a profit warning will come, which is price sensitive news that they have to release is they are not going to hit it.


Until the mess created is sorted it's a stupid gamble on the share price entry point, with the chips stacked against newcomers.

So yes people do look on, new buyers, but if they have read up they look at the ridiculous deal when they didn't need cash.

5G can simply wait and grab the lowest price share price what it is over the next 14/15 months. 5G can also influence the share price by selling.

EG at 10p they can get 16 million shares with 75m shares in issue it's about 21% of the company.


Absolutely bloody ridiculous deal.


New funds will see that so it's down to retail dudes to get caned and pick up the pieces.

The down side

Great great, great looking opportunity but for those on the fence an axe swings above the share price, engineered by the company !!!!!!

$2m raised by this method

Gave the cash and set a mechanism where they can buy when the share price is at it's lowest point. BUT the buyer can sell in an illiquid share to crash the share price, which equates to a version of death spiral where the buyer can influence the share price before buying.

It's risk free, they don't have to gamble, it could be £2 tomorrow and but they can still buy at 18/19p.

Yet ENET saw this as a great.

I get it if mews had been good the share price would be up, but the market was awful and protects poor re world issues in general at the time of the deal.

So what were they getting out of it to encourage such an unneeded deal.!!!!!!!!


An explanation would be useful, under what circumstances that deal ever good

So Ethernity have produced many products, this is their first mass production product.
It's also exactly the same as a contracted product. The contract we hoped would be delivered this year. It now is confirmed. The mass production product has substantial industry interest and is bang on time for the need. OEMs we know are engaged, either already in development or signed up to.
The 2025 unit for testing is ready early. Shipping Q4 so production has to commence before and sales will open now.
This is exactly as expected and ahead of time.
Ethernity are opening up a huge market. If you cannot see it now then really you are wasting your time.

Just seen the RNS. It means UEP2025 is on track and will be ready for testing. Tick
It means the $930k UEP July 21 contract is nearly completed and ready. Tick.
Two mass productions with OEMs now ready. Tick.

I think that we know the contract numbers...as for future sales numbers.....

This RNS shows Ethernity are going to mass production. That's what the market sees and ahead are sales. I didn't need to see that to buy but many will.

Jim absolutely wrong. The work for Ethernity is largely done. OEMs take it from here. The y could not have supported the transformational progress to ASICs type multipurpose solution without investment and a huge push. Retaining, developing and recruiting was a huge part of that and being seen to be expanding was a huge part of that. Working on a winner is a big thing in Israel where they have pride in what they achieve.
