Lots of information but very little where anyone is going to hear it

From my agm notesDL talked about the forwards position, in response to me asking about no new contracts since October. It was a good summary. They've got a lot of things going along at the same time, eg PON Chinese, UEP products. A lot of interest in DU, didn't catch the exact phrase but I think we can expect orders from this direction in the not too distant future, imo. DL is looking or hoping to exceed the numbers indicated in the broker forecast, which basically only includes signed contracts, no allowance for further deals/contracts.DL is confident, demonstrated that with recent market purchase of shares.

Well, DL said they were all on schedule 3 weeks ago, so I take it that they are!

PaTTI'm out a lot, but don't stop me from commenting!Whenever whatever happens, fine by me.My impression from the AGM was DLwas absolutely confident, either that or totally disinterested! He was looking to beat market forecasts, loads going on, the guy looked totally relaxed and happy to talk.Could be a great 2nd half to the year. And I said it first, back in February, 2023 could be a real corker! All imoatb

It's miserable at the moment. Nothing to say. We can only hope that they are on schedule.
The XGS-PON order should in fabrication. UEP2025 should be in a mass design condition awaiting test ready production.
UEP-60 and 20 should be filling the initial order numbers. New OEMs should be eager to take UEP and wireless bonding.
Many "shoulds" and no information. That's how it is with Ethernity.

Astral. Get out more. I have sort of forgotten about ENET right now. Until early July. When it will be fun again.

They did discuss it once when talking about the WISP event and how different it was. These events are all about timing in each location.
Ethernity need the right product with the right features in the right location. I believe that is happening now

They went to MWC Barcelona:

Apologies dplewis.....i thought you were joshing us. Appears not to be the case. Actually more segmented customer targeting makes sense. These mega events have too large a fishbowl.

Pump and dump merchant Purchaseatthetop trying to screw mug punters on the other board. Being a convicted convict he would know a lot about screws.

MWC Las Vegas is 28-30 September.
Rosh Hashanah is 25-27 and Yom Kippur 4-5 October so not great timing. Those very big events are marginal for Ethernity. Lots more people but much broader spectrum of attendees. Ethernity are tucked away in a niche and we are seeing the more unusual locations attended now to zoom in on their targets.

PATT...surely they would attend or be representend at exhibitions, even during Jewish religious festivals, if they are important?

J arthur. It is just that ENET has flattered to deceive too many times. Volume is zero and will remain so until they finally hopefully release news of a mass product success (UEP2025 etc) and then we are back above 59p and all is well.

If good news is expected soon, I'm a little surprised that the share price hasn't been creeping up a bit. With 47 staff it's quite difficult to keep a lid on things in my experience.

I am sure that anything ending in X and located in Amsterdam is excellent for a delegate ending up at exactly the wrong kind of event.....

Well they would have also attended WISPApalooza and MWC North America but they fall on Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashana so they won't be able to go to them. Network X is prime territory for them

I am sure that everyone can see the event focus is moving to Europe. Europe is a prime market for completely open fixed and mobile 5g. The dominant providers are going to be met by competition that is restricted by capital investment rather than borders. The race is on to capture the prime areas and capital investment will be top of their list of concerns. Open interfaces are not enough to drive down costs, they will want to swap out individual processes to only pay for what they need. Ethernity offers a pay as you grow solution perfect for new 4/5g providers to genuinely scale their product.

They are booked to be there yes. Network X is a merger of Broadband World Forum, 5G World and Telco Cloud. They are also looking at a smaller technical event in Madrid later in the year

I believe that Ethernity are planning to be at Network X in Amsterdam 18-20 October. This event appears to perfectly cover the market opportunity Ethernity are in UEP2025 should be the star of the show with shipping about to start on the preorders.
It's a Mavenir sponsored event and Ethernity are on the exhibitors list with just 2 others so far. Many other eventual exhibitors will be Ethernity clients as they sell to OEMs and Integrators who will also be exhibitors.
