RNS 11/01/24 - "Under the Settlement Proposal, valid creditors will be repaid in full over a period of 12 months, in four quarterly instalments, with the first payment being made within 90 days of exiting the TSP. Guaranteed and Priority Creditors would have priority for repayment, followed by General Creditors. According to the Company's financial registers, the total creditor balance subject to the Settlement Proposal is US$1.6 million."

ENET exited the TSP on 31/01/24. Therefore $400k would be paid in April 24, July 24, October 24 and January 24. Assuming there has been no default $800k is left to settle.

13/08/24 $200k received
09/09/24 $700k received
10/09/24 $400k received.

A minimum of $1.3 million has been received since 13/08/24. The company is still under the direction of the Settlement Manager until the conclusion of the CVA.

The Settlement Proposal agreed by the court has priority.

PATT. Completely 100% agree, without tarana ENET is bust.I doubt there are ring fenced funds, why ringfence rather than just pay out as the funds where available at that time and I think would have needed some disclosure in the interims, as these would have to be notified to a bank and counted.

My understanding is the TSP money has been ringfenced. They received $200,000 on 13/08/2024 for a product order. They raised £540k on 09/09/2024 via a placing and received $400k on 10/09/24 when the US government approved the aerospace contract.

Your views are understandable (given what's happened to your investment) but at this stage and low price I think over pessimistic.

Pwhite. The main problem is that unless they are selling to Tarana they lose $300k a month and the next TSP payment of $400k is coming up. The disappearance of the CFO and board director suggests that things are spiralling downwards. Unless there is clarity over Tarana there is no bargain price as it will go bust.

At that price the market cap would be just £902k. Don't assume NT will want to sell their shares down at that level. They may pause and wait for news.

If you believe ENET are not going bust tomorrow you have to start considering at what price do the shares become a bargain.

Well. 40 years emea commercial finance, contract, sales operations in US tech listed companies - usually responsible for finances about 150x ENETs. Pre retirement working in the most advanced science and technology - including quantum computing. Yeah, so understand a bit.

Bad day at the office last two days but got to stay optimistic.

ASIC business is the focus......

Application specific integrated circuit is an integrated circuit chip (IC) for a particular use rather than intended for general purposes such as a chip designed
to run in a digital voice recorder. ASICs are microchips.

Contracts are needed to back up the focus. They will come but the question is when?

Hopefully, David Levi and his team are full on with securing the contracts.
