Perhaps Bantam boy.

Surely If prospects were so good they would find a cash rich strategic investor not a money lender having to give away 24 percent of the company for peanuts.

Not the first time but on several occasions

A thoughtful statement of RNS sections with some personal commentary. The company puts out pointers and its upto the market to back them. The contracts when announced, will push up the share price rapidly. VERY RAPIDLY.
A SUPER POST PATT.

The recent contract of $1.05m was not the major contract that the BoD is waiting for. I think it was a welcome extra.

28/3/24 RNS stated
“In the year to date, the Company has had positive engagement with a number of potential new customers, including two OEM vendors which, following an extensive evaluation of Ethernity's Universal Edge Platform ("UEP") have indicated an interest to adopt and launch the product to their customer base and the Company is in negotiations with these two vendors on potential contracts that could lead to significant business for Ethernity. In addition, two further OEM vendors have indicated an interest to contract the Company for delivery of a UEP based design.”

Hi Richard - thanks for the message. Ethernity has interesting solutions in my opinion. It will be interesting to see how this company can grow given the growth in PON.

21/5/24 Ethernity published a tech blog saying
“Airport City, Israel – May 21, 2024 – Ethernity Networks (AIM: ENET.L)(OTCQB: ENETF), a leader in data processing technology for networking appliances, today announced a significant upgrade to its popular UEP2025 platform.

The enhanced UEP2025 now offers both 10 Gigabit per second (XGS-PON) and Gigabit Passive Optical Networking (GPON) optical line termination (OLT) capabilities, providing operators with unmatched flexibility in deploying fiber-based access networks. This versatility empowers them to deliver high-bandwidth services to residential and business subscribers alike, in greenfield and brownfield areas while reducing reliance on legacy infrastructure.”

25/7/24 Reach RNS stated
“Ethernity has been nominated for the Outstanding Fixed Wireless Access Solution award, competing against four other industry leaders. The Company was recognized for its innovative and groundbreaking approach to the market.”
[...]

Clearly Kunstler got involved because of the wireless PON product. The reason it should win the award is because it is truly gamechanging. Kunstler can see that as she is a World Authority on PON. I can see it because i understand a tiny bit of the tech but can see the huge savings in time and cost over fiber. It is as important as Tarana G1 which does exactly the same for broadband internet. Fiber quality over wireless. Now we can offer fiber quality PON FTTR over wireless.

Tarana is worth $1.5b.

Bantam, who are you and what do you know. Are you a disgruntled ex-employee?
What proof is there that Tarana has terminated their contract with Enet.
This accusation is weighty
Before you speak: THINK
T : Is it true?
H : Is it helpful?
I : Is it inspiring?
N : Is it necessary?
K : Is it kind?"

Why are people still happy clapping this pile of poo 💩 for??
Can't you see that LIAR LEVI has taken everyone for a ride?
The jackanory story teller Levi lives in a pure fantasy land...
There's Absolutely nothing of any value here. The company is just a lifestyle plaything & money spinner for the chosen few.

The IP only becomes worth what it should be with positive cashflow. Hopefully that is soon and then the share price rises very strongly.

Thanks Patt. Makes you wonder how much the IP is worth on its own. Probably a lot more than the market cap at present.

Bunlop. No. Tarana are in their business.
However, the upgraded UEP2025 is in my view something that an industry OEM will be wanting. The reason why it might win the ConnectX award is that it is truly a complete revolution. Nobody else can deliver reliable XGS PON with 10G completely wirelessly. It should be worth a fortune snd much more than our Tarana contract. Should mind you!

Patt. Is UEP2025 also something that Tarana may wish to buy from ENET?

John. The hardware would be the same but the programming would be different.

“Originally designed for Active Ethernet Access, the UEP2025 leverages Ethernity’s in-house technology for a wide range of use cases. It seamlessly integrates innovative features for Carrier Ethernet access switching/routing, fixed wireless access, and wireless backhaul. With the addition of PON technology, the UEP2025 extends its reach to Passive Optical Networks, supporting Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) deployments.”

It is a Coat of Many Colours now. Hopefully the new PON shade is in real demand this time!

PATT am I reading this right?
They look like identical products to my dyxloxic eye;
"The UEP2025 is a new product. Developed from the failed UEP2025 released early 2022 for the expected 5G market."

If messages on LinkedIn are enough to scupper a deal then they've got much larger problems than anyone imagined. Only a couple of weeks until $400k goes out to the employees they tried not to pay .. what a lovely company
