They have been discussing UEP2025 with OEMs for licensing. Basically it would mean that companies could deploy XGS PON in a matter of days using the combination of UEP2025 units to transfer the data wirelessly and the Remote OLT XGS PON so that everything is controlled remotely. Competitors would have to wait for fiber cable to arrive. Which can take years and cost $1m a mile.

It truly is breathtaking. No reason for ENET not to screw it up though.

ETHERNITY NETWORKS LTD

("Ethernity" or the "Company")

Ethernity Networks shortlisted for the Outstanding Fixed Wireless Access Solution Award

Ethernity Networks (AIM: ENET.L; OTCMKTS: ENETF) a leading supplier of data processing semiconductor technology for networking appliances and fiber access controllers for PON networks, is pleased to announce that its UEP2025 Bonding Solution has been shortlisted for the prestigious 2024 Network X Awards.

According to Network X organizers, this year's awards program attracted a record number of entries from leading telecommunications companies worldwide. This impressive response highlights the industry's remarkable advancements and innovation. Following a rigorous selection process, shortlisted companies and projects have been recognized for their exceptional contributions to the field, demonstrating a strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.

Bridging the digital divide in underserved areas requires innovative solutions. Traditional fixed-line infrastructure is often cost-prohibitive and slow to deploy, while microwave links, though offering reach, lack capacity. Emerging E-band technologies provide higher bandwidth but are susceptible to weather fluctuations. Ethernity addresses these challenges with its patented Open Link Bonding technology. This vendor-agnostic solution seamlessly combines various connections - microwave, E-band, and even low-speed wireline - into a single, high-performance, weather-resilient fat pipe. This solution fully utilizes aggregated capacity and maximizes reliability, extending service reach and preventing data loss. Ethernity empowers service providers to overcome limitations and deliver critical broadband connectivity to those who need it most.

Ethernity has been nominated for the Outstanding Fixed Wireless Access Solution award, competing against four other industry leaders. The Company was recognized for its innovative and groundbreaking approach to the market.

The Network X Awards ceremony will crown the winners from a fiercely competitive field of industry leaders across 19 categories. The event will be held on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, at the iconic Hôtel de Ville in Paris.

The interesting thing is that the award chance is for the UEP2025. It is a different tech to Tarana but does similar.

Tarana has non line of sight and weather interference cancellation because they can rebuild a complete data stream from fragments received by their units. Reflections off buildings, bounced off mountains. Amazing stuff. Between tower and customer

UEP2025 does exactly the same between tower and the nearest Fiber location. The link bonding rebuilds enormous data streams so a fully intact one arrives. It also directs the data to the most efficient route.

It should save companies untold billions in fiber laying costs because one UEP2025 can link with another 12 miles away and hop the data over. If you need further then have a network of them. The algorithms can send it anyway round the network of UEP2025 units.

There are lots of microwave data units but they are interference snd weather impacted. No real point because reliability is key to wireless broadband.

It should be a massive hit. It should put £50m on our market cap. Lets alone Tarana and the remote PON products. It is so tasty but so frustrating.

Morning Patt.

I wondered if you could point me towards where the 25% maximum holding for New Tech is posted please?

I’m sure you have said before, but I can’t recall it.

The reason I ask is that I have been doing the VWAP for the shares since the last redemption and if the 25% limit is correct, then it could be some time before they can redeem many more, given the amount of shares traded. Obviously on good news, New Tech will sell into that rise, which will allow them to redeem further shares.

If they can redeem now, I calculate the shares would again be redeemed at 0.4 p.

Thanks in advance.

I have posted this email from June 23 before from a contact at Tarana. It has been followed to the day

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the email and happy for the email question. G2 was planned before 6GHz was opened by the FCC in the USA that opens up >800MHz for Unlicensed Outdoor use. So our roadmap changed to focus on 6GHz in Q4 2023 with full production in Q1 2024. Following 6GHz we will release X2 in 2024, that taked BN to 3.2GHz and RN to 1.6GHz, with ability to do 1Gbps DL and 600Mbps UL for true gigabit performance in unlicised bands. G2 is now moved to 2025 and introduced 6.4Gbps per sector... :-) And fully interoperable & compatible with G1 infrastructure.̶1;

Well I hope so .
If the situation is that bad as paintedby some, and they can't even raise funds through a rights issue, then surely the market Listings would be the first to go. They would save a bundle on that.

The truth is investors don't believe in the enet story of G1 and G2. They have been bitten a few times now.

The only certainty is patt being blindsided by every piece of bad news from 50p to 0.5p. As the far more erudite skid has said on the other board today - the works of fiction that Ethernity release are more attractive to Bloomsbury than any acquisitive tech company

$1m in H2 2024 revenues from Tier 1 aerospace customer, plus further discussion in H2 2024 as their needs evolve for next gen solutions.

Also,
In the year to date, the Company has had positive engagement with a number of potential new customers, including two OEM vendors which, following an extensive evaluation of Ethernity's Universal Edge Platform ("UEP") have indicated an interest to adopt and launch the product to their customer base and the Company is in negotiations with these two vendors on potential contracts that could lead to significant business for Ethernity. In addition, two further OEM vendors have indicated an interest to contract the Company for delivery of a UEP based design.

Based on the scopes of work being discussed with these potential new customers, should they lead to contracts, they could contribute between $2.2 million and $3 million to the Company's revenues in 2024. Given the commitment of each customer to adopt the products, this would likely lead to significantly higher revenues in 2025 and beyond.
