Simonsmith. I really don’t care what you think. Obviously Ethernity SoCs are in Tarana base units. We are developing their next gen G2. Previous revenue figures show the $1.5m June 23 order must have been used up months ago. Therefore we are not being told for a reason. And that is not that we are not supplying Tarana any longer. G1 are going to Uganda, Libya, Mexico, India etc etc. political sensitivities are understandable.

Simonsmith. I simply post that I think they are supplying SoCs for months now. If they announced they were supplying Tarana then the share would be 4p. But events in Iran today show why Tarana don’t want anybody highlighting Israel having complex arts in the base unit.

Patt, I have to agree if First Tech take up more shares within the next 20 days or so. The issue price would be 0.4p by my calculations ( rounded down).Today I expect the VWAP to rise to 0.5p or with luck 0.6p. If ENET can keep it at this level or better for 29 working days, then obviously that would be much better for the calculations. Good luck to all holders.( I have bought a few yesterday but it is a very small amount until funds become available)

Yes a raise after 01/08/2024 is acceptable but it must be higher than the last price of 0.125p.

If the raise is lower then I fully accept I called this wrong and the company is no better than it was under the last CEO. If shareholders are not aligned to the company's progression then there is no point in investing or holding.

DaddyW. The problem is that if the contract RNS is announced any time in the next just under four weeks New Tech can go back to the first days in the previous 20 for a VWAP which will end up as 0.5p or something even if the share price is 2p now.

DL must have had very good reasons to,accept such dilution or he is an idiot. One possible. One likely. In that order!

I expect New Tech to convert at 0.5p next time. It’s going to be bad. But we knew that. It is factored into the price.
