I think what I have said is that DL is saying nothing at the moment! That indicates to me that something is going to be announced. But just to me. Mind you it happened the last time before the recent contract RNS. Shall I post what I posted? Yes, it does happen because it happened ten days ago.

As I said on numerous occasions it's the most bearish signal ever when someone says he's in contact with the company and such and such is going to be announced.

Let’s be brutally honest with all the clown town investors and rampers like PURCHASEATTHETOP and his DADDY amongst others on here. Even 10 deals of a million pounds wouldn’t elevate this beyond 5p let alone recover the huge losses the clowns have suffered here. Pure greed is what would drive people to invest in yet another AIM disaster like this. The casino or a lottery ticket would give better odds of a return on investment.

Apologies before I start, because I am muddying the water.
The Rns says, “ The Warrant is initially exercisable at a price of 1 pence per Ordinary Share for a period of 45 days from Closing. The exercise price will be reset on the 45th day after Closing, following which it will be calculated as the average of the lowest five daily VWAPs of an Ordinary Share during the twenty trading days before the receipt of a Warrant exercise notice by the Company, less a 15% discount.”

There is a comma “after 45th day after closing,” then “following which” etc.

I know I’m being pedantic, but you can read it in whatever way you 2hich depending on your view of the company lol.

The RNS never told you that. All it told you was that the 1p warrant exercise price will be reset 45 days after closing. You do not know what that exercise price is.

However the RNS does tell you that future exercise prices after the 45 day reset will be subject to the 20 day lowest five day VWAP.

"The Warrant is initially exercisable at a price of 1 pence per Ordinary Share for a period of 45 days from Closing. The exercise price will be reset on the 45th day after Closing, following which it will be calculated as the average of the lowest five daily VWAPs of an Ordinary Share during the twenty trading days before the receipt of a Warrant exercise notice by the Company, less a 15% discount."

We can all work out the present warrant exercise price. It is the lowest five days VWAP in the last 20. Those will be in the week from 10/6-14/6 when the share was lowest. It changes every day as tomorrow 10/6 drops out and 8/7 drops in. If we do not hear of a conversion in the next few days confidence may rise that New Tech have a decent agreement with Ethernity.

Lets put the two paragraphs side by side.

"The Warrant is initially exercisable at a price of 1 pence per Ordinary Share for a period of 45 days from Closing."

"and at Closing, the Company will issue 40,000,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Subscription Shares") to New Tech."

The second paragraph confirms closing must be 23/05/24 when the new shares were issued to New Tech. Therefore the 45 days has to be from 23/05/24.

All shareholders are waiting for now is the new warrant exercise price.

One seller dropped the price today. Fair enough. Lots of bottom feeders in soaking them up. Considering the recent contract snd known Tarana success this seems a silly price. One more bit if good news and we fly up. I think it’s coming.

From the Rns….
“ In consideration of the gross Fundraise proceeds, New Tech has been granted a contingent warrant exercisable over new ordinary shares of ILS 0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") as described below (the "Warrant"), and at Closing, the Company will issue 40,000,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Subscription Shares") to New Tech.”

The shares were expected to be admitted 5o trading on or around the 24th May, but asP White pointed out, ENETS website shows the 40 million there on the 23rd May.

We are all in the dark lol!

Closing was the week after the RNS. So 45 days is next week.

I said 0 60's this morning without an RNS this week.

As that target has come earlier than I thought, it now goes to 0.50's this week easily, without that elusive RNS.
