patt - Yesterday Ilan Tevet gave a Proactive interview. If there was to be an announcement later this week regarding Tarana and a business update the Proactive interview would not have taken place yesterday.It would have been delayed until Friday or Monday of next week.

The second half started only yesterday 01/07/2024. If they have orders already to be announced during the week ending 05/07/2024 then the orders by default could have only been placed in the first half.

If ENET has signed a material contract with Tarana then they have to announce it to the markets immediately even if they don't reveal the name of the client. They are not permitted to leak information to selected shareholders and insiders. Such information is called insider trading.

The company gave an update in the finals on 19/04/2024. I'm not sure why they would be giving another update less than three months later.
