Dp - hope you're well. Never bullish as you say with DL and a buffoon of a chair relying on the local loan shark. It was just a uep2025 r&d would probably have been cancelled half way through with the customer not paying for a half ar##d product, at least this one was 95% firm.Amazing that if DL hadn't spent 40m on products no one appears to want and stuck to his existing strengths he would have a 20-30m company.

Skid was almost bullish earlier in the week .. he said the valuation appeared low but you still had to disconnect the company and management from the rest. Theres a significant Ethernity risk premium - have to price in that it's headquartered in a warzone, has an accounts payable clerk for a CFO and a chairman with less cognitive ability than Joe Biden. Oh and a CEO who has never hit a target since he listed the company..

No real surprise that DL didnt have the deals lined up to move the share price sufficiently to avoid massive dilution for existing holders.

Bergen yet again in full control yet again ever if there is news forthcoming and potential able to double ++ their money in the right circumstances. Does DL ever, ever, ever learn from the past ?

My view is that firstly it is not Bergen money this time.
Secondly the difficult part was getting a new US customer with a material contract and DL has delivered that.
Thirdly, that proper recovery requires this new contract (delivered) plus a Tarana revenue update.

On Tarana, our revenues were
H2 21 $740k
H1 22 $500k
H2 22 $1.1m
H1 23 $1.1m
H2 23 $1.1m (including the $900k delivered July 23)
Given the growth of Tarana and the release of 6Ghz recently I simply cannot believe that the $1.5m of chips delivered mid 2023 were the last delivery. That is why I track Tarana.
So, fourthly, I still expect a proper Tarana update that will cover both G1 and G2

If they want to. Yes. But I suspect something is preagreed with DL. They have not sold down the share. We will find out next week. If we get a conversion notice RNS early next week then that won’t be good.

Realdealy. T-0 makes no difference. They have the previous 20 days of which they can choose five for any conversion. What matters is whether we hear early next week of any conversion. New Tech are not Bergen money. Unlike last time.

Let’s be brutally honest with all the clown town investors and rampers on here. Even 10 deals of a million pounds wouldn’t elevate this beyond 5p let alone recover the huge losses the clowns have suffered here. Pure greed is what would drive people to invest in yet another AIM disaster like this. The casino or a lottery ticket would give better odds of a return on investment.

Eeza. If New Tech were going to act like that they would have sold some of their 40m to really drop the price. They have not. Have you considered that Bergen might actually just be the administrators/managers for legal reasons?
