01/7/2024 08:48 | Pwhite. Just seen your latest missive. There are various types of software agreements including where you are using intermediaries. You can control end use through a EULA, but more likely in ENETs licence agreement this is very strictly determined in the direct licence contract (eg end user can only be to a limited number of companies, use cases, embedded in certain other devices). If you need any more help please ask. | ![]() skid35

01/7/2024 08:42 | Pwhite. You're really not that bright and don't understand contracts. When you load norton etc you click through and agree to a licence contract, this determines your rights to the software and how you can use it. Software is not "sold" to you and you do not "buy" it from a legal / contract perspective, it is licences. | ![]() skid35

01/7/2024 08:12 | Realdealy you're right, but it can take a lot on convincing to believe Ethernity are finally out of the woods. The permabulls never changed their rose tinted view all the way from 50p down to 1p (until 504 went bearish at the exact wrong time), which demonstrates the power of belief perseverance. In ratings agency vernacular, Ethernity is still rated C, but has been taken off "negative watch". My 7p warrants are still 99.9% safe from being triggered | ![]() dplewis1

01/7/2024 07:45 | blenny01 - "PWhite73 you don't buy the software, you buy a license to use the software. You cannot sell the software on, which you could if you had bought it." Yes you can sell the software on. If you couldn't then nobody would be able to sell their old mobile phone which is full of software owned by Apple and Samsung. I'm not sure you or skid35 understand what a licence is. Think driving licence. You can't sell on your driving licence because it's owned by the DVLA but you can sell on your car which would be full of software owned by numerous companies. | ![]() pwhite73

30/6/2024 20:32 | Pwhite. As someone with 30 years contract experience with software licences, you really don't have clue what you're talking about. Your second paragraph is a copy and paste without any understanding, "replicating your patented software"? A licence is a right to use limited by the contractual terms. All software is licenced, even if an element of a wider sale, on a separate licence agreement. You simply do not "sell" software. | ![]() skid35
