The nomad's job is to ensure the wording of the RNS meets regulatory requirements. It's not the nomad's job to confirm contracts or third party customers/clients.

The nomad is Allenby Capital. It has 70 AIM clients. Look through the list and you will see some familiar names. When you're done come back and tell me all the contracts these companies claimed to have signed actually existed.

Pwhite. Of course the customer exists. There is no way the NOMAD would allow it without documentary evidence. This is the third flow processor licence deal in seven months with gross revenue of $2.4m. It is not a one off.
Mind you, you also think Tarana does not exist as a customer. But you do believe in VRS.

You have to treat the RNS issued on 28/06/2024 with caution. I personally do not believe any such 'NEW' customer exists and its just a rehash of an old contract that could not save the company from the TSP.

Furthermore if as some say the $800k from Bergen was required to secure the deal then the licence fee of $1.05 million represents a gross profit before expenses of only $205k, and over how many years 1, 2, 5?

In no shape, form or size does this non-existent contract alleviate ENET from its dire financial position.

AVOID.

Love it that Lionel kipper turns up again. Attack dog for CHLL. A share that is suspended, whose Directors stole all the money legally, whose directors transferred the website and trademarked to their own US company, who website traffic is now zero, and that make Ethernity look like a beacon of good governance.

You would have thought he or she might listen to me. I posted why it would collapse when it was 12p and rising. I posted that exactly what has happened would happen before anybody:

Yes the Friday rns was a nice surprise.I hope everything comes good for all long suffering shareholders. They deserve it.The share price is just under my average, but I am hoping for a lot more, so keeping my fingers crossed.Enjoy the weather and rest. Taking my wife out now for her birthday treat.

DL has said. Contract RNS then full update. Several of us have seen the message. All my data says Tarana is really motoring. Plus not a video squeak out of DL. So early next week another RNS or two including update, Proactive interview and off we go. Otherwise, why RNS on a Friday? It’s unheard of unless bad news!

DaddyW. Clearly there is a plan unfolding before us. The New Tech cash was based on this contract being announced now. I think DL and New Tech will have an agreed conversion plan so New Tech do very well but do not rape the company.

This is where discovering that it was not Bergen money mattered. They are the legal administrators required by any fund.

I expect a £150k conversion at the low VWAP announced 9/8/24. That will be a lot of shares. Maybe 23m. However, my guess is that we have only seen the beginning of the plan right now. The 45 days horizon was put in place so that this contract, a full trading update following (Monday or Tuesday) including gangbusters Tarana update (of course they cannot say the name), and then another major new contract. The one Friday was totally unexpected.

If that plan is delivered we will all be so happy that we won’t really be worried about New Tech making money.

I had hoped to calculate the VWAP of Ethernity's share price on a daily basis, to give holders an idea of what to expect if 'New Tech' decide to exercise in full or in part, their side of the loan contract. Unfortunately I don't have the correct ADVFN account to access and download the specific data, to give an accurate figure.As a result I have had to make some large assumptions using the lowest and highest mid prices for each day of the relevant 20 day period.ENET were hoping to allocate and admit to the market, 40 million shares on or around the 24th May.As discussed earlier, the warrants are due to be re-priced 45 days after this date, which I calculate as the close of business on the 8th July.I have therefore assumed for the purposes above, that if New Tech make application, the 20 working days VWAP part of the calculations takes us from 11/6/24.Now looking at the data it is very apparent which of the 5 days will have the lowest VWAP. These are the 12th to the 17th June inclusive.As stated earlier, I cannot do an accurate figure, but using the higher and lower share price on each of those days as a guide, I have worked out that the average for those 5 days comes out at 0.585 pence.Having looked at the other dates and the sp, it is unlikely any other dates would be used, as it is the 5 lowest days and not the 5 highest days.We must hope that ENET come up with the goods next week or that New Tech don't exercise on day one of their entitlement to do so.Please feel free to come back at me. I will be at home for another hour or so.
