27/6/2024 14:22 | I don't discuss with the blurt, just enjoy showing the hypocrite up. He bought some poxy cannabis company for 5p that is now 1.19p to sell. That's why he's so bitter and comes here and there to torment other investors - very sad. | ![]() daveboy19

27/6/2024 13:18 | Looks like it will nudge down again. Soon 0.65/0.70. Somebody buying up 500,000 quite often mind. | ![]() purchaseatthetop
27/6/2024 10:52 | Even MPL Ports has a share price and market cap 3 x enet. According to a Ports expert MPL is an absolute fraud. And yet enet are way below them in market cap, but operating in the booming telecoms / high-tech chip industry with supposed massive growth. | ![]() realdealy
27/6/2024 10:45 | Like I said you will make an absolute fortune betting against Patt. | ![]() realdealy
27/6/2024 07:43 | My post was on topic, I said the monthly outgoings were wrong. I've also said for a long time that the assumed price for their soc to Tarana was too high. It also doesn't matter that it's not directly Bergen, because it's clearly structured like a Bergen deal and will end in huge dilution for shareholders. Stop defending the indefensible | ![]() dplewis1
27/6/2024 07:42 | Socionomics. They cannot help themselves. It is quite pathetic. Now, what is major news is that New Tech is not actually Bergen. That helps explain the lack of early door sales. DL was insisting that New Tech were not Bergen but i thought he simply had been bamboozled again. This time not. Which is good. | ![]() purchaseatthetop

27/6/2024 07:09 | I understand there's frustration on all sides, but if this online bullying of PATT continues, we could lose one of ADVFNs most valuable contributors. PATT is a shining light of integrity, in a world of multi-ID trolls. Please tone it down, for the sake of our investment community if nothing else. Thank you | ![]() socionomics
27/6/2024 07:04 | Pilfering patt responding to my post despite being filtered. Clown. Seems to have forgotten the payments going out to creditors.. Also, it's still Bergen. Doesn't say "managed by GS" at the bottom does it..lol | ![]() dplewis1
27/6/2024 05:08 | We may not actually have Bergen! The listing says “NTCG is a specialist investor focusing on investments in technology companiesand managed by Bergen Asset Management LLC (the Manager).” Right down the bottom it says “The Manager is not a party to the placement and does not have any rights or obligations under the subscription agreement for the placement” It might well be that NTCG needs a licensed fund manager for legal reasons. But Bergen are not part of the fund. | ![]() purchaseatthetop
27/6/2024 04:40 | Serratia. The exact figures are… From the Feb 24 presentation page 13 June 23 monthly expenses were $660k. That is $4m per six months so the presentation we’re taking total overheads excluding amortisation etc “Operating Costs Operating expenses (before amortisation, depreciation and IFRS adjustments) decreased by 4% from $4,203,125 to $4,041,068 during the period against the same period in 2022.” The presentation says reduced to $360k per month in 2024. Whether they have stayed there I do not know but staff numbers on LinkedIn have not risen. | ![]() purchaseatthetop
26/6/2024 21:32 | Serratia the monthly costs are higher than that - never believe any figures that come from pilfering patt. He was predicting $6m a year from Tarana by now and it's nothing of the sort. He also said the share price was going to be 4p by February .. plus many more clangers over the years | ![]() dplewis1 |
