From accounts, admin ex for 2022 were €5.75m. Cash at end of 2022 was €1.7m.

Funds are available through loan facilities. I'm not sure what current situation is. Also, I am unclear what and how much revenue streams are for 2023. The latter due to my lack of knowledge not due to company lack of transparency.

I believe there is a f/c revenue for 2023 but not sure what it is. And whether it is company or analyst based. Also, these have been over optimistic in the last couple of years!

Perhaps someone can fill the gaps.

Burnrate was £400,000 per month up till recently.
6 BOD at about £1.5m per year
23 engineers at around what £100,000+ per year?.
Not forgetting all the misuse of funds with Nortfork, Billingham, deeside swallowing large portions.

Much better to keep diluting shareholders than reduce the BODs salary works just fine for them so far.

"Greed is good " is certainly the motto.

APol70. The acid test of the next cash raise is how much cash they have at present, what is the cash burn rate and what cash will come in to 12/23 when FY23 Accounts will be audited on a going concern basis.

If they are currently strapped for cash as seems likely a further funding will be required to maintain operations and satisfy the auditor.

To reduce cash burn they could take an axe to salaries and make savings there but it seems their philosophy is 'greed is good' with zero concern over more dilution as we saw last year.

In terms of cash, if I am reading the RNS correctly concerning the recent sale of 95% to IDEX, Eqtec pocket €750k then a further same amount if they meet milestones and finally they "will" receive €15million in fees from Q4 2023 through to 2025. Does that not secure their cash position or have I missed something? I don't understand why this hasn't jumped up significantly on this information. Been in and exited with significant loss recently, looking to get back in. Any input, insight appreciated.

In my honest opinion and as per my research

1. Sign of no further cash raise and dilution.
2. Good news on projects in the pipeline
3. Sustained working capital and cash generation.

Based on past experiences, shares consolidation cannot be ruled out.

Does anyone know of imminent news that will make the share price move upwards, the last couple of RNS haven't budged the price, even though deemed to be positive.

Price is reacting gradually so maybe there is still stock with the MM's. There is some serious buying going on today.
