12/6/2023 12:22 | Who would do business with them if Italy is a failure | juju44
12/6/2023 11:52 | Scrut. Agree EQT management have some serious accounting to shareholders to do for what has been going on at the Italia MDC for all of this year. Both technical and how it has been paid for with implications for other plant start ups that are coming up. I expect from the position they have adopted of PR trumping all else they will refuse to provide this. Most likely they will want to continue to obfuscate and sweep the whole episode under the carpet even if they can report the handover occured to Tuscany staff on date xx/6/23. The company is totally PR driven where levelling with shareholders and true financial position is not allowed. Consequently a further cash raise this year must be a possibility. Last year no FC's. H1/23 no FC's so far with only 2.5 weeks left although there is visibility of some income from France. Time frame for Croatia MDC is being pushed back because of Italia MDC delays so probably 2024 now but will they admit this? Doubt it at this stage ..... | stevea171
12/6/2023 11:23 | Firstly: Thanks Martinu. Secondly: Stevea. Marathon? I am 95 and just able to get to my front door! It's researching the future which keeps me alive. Apart from my re-carpentered leg, I am completely fit and expect the King's greetings in 4+ years time. All: please note for your own safety. The industrial world is trending rapidly to obesity. Now over 50% in India, wide spread risking diabetic amputations. I have lost 20 kilos, at first, unknowingly, reversed diabetes by refusing false teeth after the torment of having them, all but two, extracted. This halves the speed of scoffing, retains the pleasures of fine dining, but painlessly and gradually loses weight. And I avoid encounter at night with a set of teeth grinning at me from a bathroom glass. Re EQT: it's high time we learned the economics of gasifying the waste. What does the Tuscan DMC produce in value from syngas and/or electric power?. Stevea that should not be kept a secret or worse a forlorn hope. Last year's annual report was very informative. I expect this year's AGM to answer this question. Let's insist that it does. | scrutable
12/6/2023 10:59 | it is a disgrace! we've gone from 'its looking a lot like Christmas' to still waiting, and now we are in June. | pa123
12/6/2023 10:09 | Comment was tongue in cheek but this is total frustration | juju44
12/6/2023 09:21 | My biggest indicator of bad news is that the serial downvoter has been absent for a while. If he cannot even be bothered then it does not bode well. | paul8515
12/6/2023 09:19 | Edit: 9 days time. For some reason I can longer edit on the main website on my phone... | aja2
12/6/2023 09:13 | It doesn't suggest anything. Financially, they are capitalised well beyond the AGM (and that's assuming no good news, financial close on projects, revenue increases) and yet the AGM is in 10 days time. So no, your comment is not serious. | aja2
12/6/2023 08:39 | It was a serious question - will this survive until the AGM . The Italien silence suggests something not good with the tech . If so it could be the final straw | juju44
09/6/2023 11:46 | Scrut. Good to hear your mental activity and interests are undiminished. Unfortunately repair of limbs takes longer as we age than when we were young. Maybe the next London Marathon will be out of reach for you but improvement from here is possible if you believe so and work on rehab. kind regards. | stevea171
09/6/2023 11:33 | Scrutable - respect and best wishes to you. | m4rtinu
09/6/2023 11:21 | stevea Thanks for the commiseration. My head remains in full possession of previous faculties and compass, but my leg is in five pieces screwed together (invisibly). I expect to go on for many years researching: quantum computing /AI/ autonomous transport/robotics/, hydrogen/liquid batteries, gene sequencing and precision medicine to anticipate economic change affecting the future. You are clearly honorable of intent re avoiding inside information, but there is plenty of open source material available from journalists and Twitter etc, let alone from inference from the general economy. I don't think that it would be a breach of trust to learn that production start up was awaiting a spare part (or say good weather) In any case I suspect that DP is too isolated in Cork, and is possibly not empathetic enough, and is probably too busy with the financing struggle he has created through SPVs, to realise the importance of low level information streaming to keep investors happy. That applies to most FCO s and not enough small companies think that they should have and can afford to have PR/IR officers. | scrutable
09/6/2023 10:42 | Scrut. Sorry to hear of your poor health and recent long stay in hospital. I hope you can return to decent health soon. As regards contacting the company directly this is something I do not do. They are constrained in what they can say that does not fall under market sensitive or insider information. I expect with the AGM just a week and a half away news on the Italia MDC will arrive before the AGM or at that time. | stevea171
09/6/2023 10:15 | I am substantially handicapped on grounds of age (95) - and health, after eight weeks in hospital AND am now too hard of hearing - to telephone the CFO in Cork and talk to him about the hold up of news or reassurance re the Tuscan DMC. I often did this in the past and was always received courteously and helpfully. I would have done that myself with any company in the past but don't trust my ability today to maintain a coherent conversation with Irish or Spanish accented voices. Could someone do this asap to help us all? It is the doubt that all is well in Tuscany, which is the problem. If it's just the wait for a spare part, or over confidence at H/O we would all be relieved. Surely the Poseidon group committing to three great 100,000T projects in Cremona and the French DMC people are not mugs? The all time high for this share after launch was 35p and subsequently in Dec 2020 3.2p even that second high offers x19 times the current share price, whilst the multiple, part-completed but unfinanced, projects suggest much, much, higher enterprise value than at the time of the previous high. This little company can still make it to x100 bagging within three years once this DMC is sweetly running and if its resulting cash flow is meaningfully positive | scrutable
09/6/2023 09:46 | I liked this wee share Unfortunately it didn’t like me Palumbo rhymes with Columbo | volsung
09/6/2023 09:45 | Have you taken your medication this morning? | aja2
09/6/2023 09:33 | Will it survive until the AGM . Looks terminal now | juju44
09/6/2023 08:13 | The answer to both of those will probably be a resounding 'No' | hoper1
09/6/2023 07:25 | Submit questions via agm@eqtec.com Here is mine. Dear Eqtec Given poor delivery against "imminent" events and poor communication to shareholders. 1. Would the CEO, CFO and COO consider taking significant cuts in salary? 2. Would the above consider resigning? Thank you Martin Uglow (shareholder for 3 years) | m4rtinu
08/6/2023 18:52 | The AGM's going to be interesting. | daisymax1
08/6/2023 17:41 | They are too embarrassed and too thick to see that | juju44
08/6/2023 16:20 | Agree they should give an update. At least on Italy. It couldn't be any worse than the speculation it creates. | m4rtinu
08/6/2023 15:40 | They're an embarrassment to themselves! If you've messed up hold your hands up. | adi27
08/6/2023 15:26 | Can they not provide any update, something, anything? This radio silence is destroying every last shred of investor confidence. | pa123
08/6/2023 14:47 | Stand aside or get crushed in rush for the exit | juju44 |
