Some thoughts for the forum:Have these guys any cash left, further share offer (dilution) coming? I am out from about 3 weeks ago after taking a considerable loss but would like to get back in at some stage - radio silence from the company (as others have stated under) doesn't offer me any encouragement. The company doesn't seem to cover the basics of running a business some of which I list under. 1. Communication. 2. Business Plan (that can reasonably be achieved)l, don't be over ambitious and state sonething will jappen if there is a chance it might not).3. Important - sticking to said plan to instill confidence amongst investors.4. Budgeting of the funds available, financial planning - do not spread available funds over numerous projects such that you are left with insufficient funds to get any projects closed out.5. Financial status / rewards to rye company of any projects up and running should be clearly communicated (see 2 above) - does anyone know what EQTec are getting financially following recent handover of the project (Croatia, Spain - can't remember). If nobody knows then why don't we know (see 2 above).6. Renumeration of Directors - if deadlines are missed, plan drops behind, money mismanaged etc. - is anyone truly entitled to a bonus? That word sticks in my craw when it comes to this company and quite frankly infuriates me as a former investorThis is all basic stuff folks.I run a business- cash is king, look after it, only spend it if the return on it makes the expenditure worthwhile, treat it as your own personal money, run your business like your household.Basic stuff that appears to be sadly missing here.Any reason for the 10% dip today as of time of writing?

Dof is correct, although the re-financing / sale of Croatia may be assisted by visits to Italy, but FC has already been achieved for the Croatia MDC project. Stevea appears to be confusing financial close (FC) with a sale or refinancing of the project.

Lol, so FC on Croatia, which is a different feedstock from Italy, is dependent on a site visit to Italy....thank you for not posting again.....

It's not me who's the confused one ....
Croatia MDC.
No FC announced.
Therefore no prospect of completion this year as forecast by EQT.
So yet another timeline blown out .....

And zero credibility in any forecasts issued here.

Has this project been mothballed based on the fiasco at the Italia MDC and the similarity of the projects?

If so, can we expect EQT to inform shareholders?

Please show me where EQT have said there is another site visit to Italy to achieve another FC for full costs.As far as I can see EQT have been paid in full and are now looking to refinance with an Italian bank, albeit that announcement was expected in Q2.........Look it up.

You are right Wastefuel is not gasification of solid waste in to methane etc like EQT, it is "reforming" of solid waste in to methanol. It is similar in that it is about processing waste streams in to green fuel or energy, is proven fundamental technology with a sound environmental and business case, attracting big investor support, huge exciting potential, but has not been through the production engineering which can take years to know if it is commercially viable on an industrial scale, modular or otherwise. The same achilles heel.
