I suppose unless we get a licence back in China, there is no current interest.

"with interests in Indonesia and the United States" - no China then.

It was a transaction fraud allegedly.  Who sends $2m online without a test amount with such a large transaction.  It's standard practice. This is a PLC. Our company.  Who did it. Were they repremanded for losing $2m of our money? What actions have EME undertaken to recover the money?  It's very relevant ATM as shareholders have had their value halved with recent dilution raising a lot less than the lost $2m. Pressure needs to be applied to TK while he needs shareholders to vote on this placing

Click in the link and put some pressure on TK to ' do the right thing' He runs this company like his own. Not the CEO of a plc.

AIM or Bitcoin….. look at the Coys that have spent PI’s millions over the years…£100m plus some cases… for what?… to go under!. Then look at Bitcoin ..lol… all that money no costs, no drilling etc etc and could have been x6/7/8/10/100/10000’s more, just invested in BC…

Crazy world it’s become. EME have just,,,in effect given 50% of the coy away for just £1.2m.. who has taken the 50% ?.

Imagine if the all the monies raised in 2010 from EME was put into BC along the years….now calculate then to current position now!… not just EME either there’s 100,s more!!. Amazing, and this really tells you the state of currency, and the possible collapse of the system.

Quite right Showme, the lack of transparency on the disappeared $2m makes the company look distinctly shady and is off-putting for potential investors.

Regarding the (ahem) lost 2,000,000 that has now resulted in a more than doubling of the shares in issue
They will probably put the blame on somebody else not directly associated with the company
Pass the buck and use a scapegoat

I guess its not such a bad result... It may be that there is demand that was unfulfilled, and so will result in buying in the market?

How about the board hand back their last two years wages. £59k is laughable and shows the feeling of the many.

"results of the opportunity for its existing retail shareholders via the CMC CapX (the "Retail Offer") to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. The Company announces that it has conditionally raised gross proceeds of approximately £59,399 through the conditional issue of 59,399,000 new ordinary shares"

so, £59k was raised in the retail offer. Is it that retail didnt want the offer, or their brokers wernt supporting it ?
