06/11/2024 11:04 | Glantal! That's a blast front from the past!I read this the same as you. Kelly is an absolute cowboy at doing these deals. That's a fact. | oilforex
06/11/2024 10:32 | Trying to clarify my thoughts here. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. It seems that a number of shares have already been sold at .1p. The shareholders are being offered shares at .2p when they are available for less on the open market. The nominal value of shares is to be reorganised so that future offers can be made at an even lower price. Not sure what happens to the deferred part of ones holding. Kelly is negotiating with Kelly to pay 2/3rds of the cost of his wholly owned well. Together they are negotiating a drill deal. Unfortunately my memory can't recall all the "must do" deals that he has put us into from the gas fields in Germany onwards, none of which have produced any benefit and have left us in the sorry state we now find ourselves. I don't post here often but don't think I'm a newbie as I first invested in said Glantal. Obviously I'm not very bright but not stupid enough to give him any more of my money. | iiwarm
06/11/2024 10:05 | If apnea (Tom) had this on the books, why didnt they drill it years ago? | currypasty
06/11/2024 09:50 | Whoever takes part in the placing needs their head examined. Just another cash grab to pay TK’s salary for another year. The cheek of this guy is quite extraordinary. Did they ever issue a final RNS on the missing $2m? Surely they have a duty to report on this and not just pretend tracing/injunctive action is still ongoing after + 3 years. They are treating shareholders as mugs. | roundtheworld
06/11/2024 09:34 | Tickety Tock! These cash raises are happening quite regularly now. The important point is that Tommy is signalling what comes after Mako. There is little chance of any "divi". He is securing his tenure perhaps with the intention of taking the company to Australia where he surprisingly has a ready made company. Was there any mention of Topaz or the $12 million letter? Be careful. | helpfull
06/11/2024 09:27 | Haha ramp it up newbies. This is dreadful. Maybe if management hadn't lived the life of Riley on wages they didn't deserve and found the missing 2m then we might of lasted until we got the money from the sale. | lushlips
06/11/2024 09:02 | Fill your boots here, anyone remember when CRCL moved from .15p to 1.3p in 6 weeks having acquired a small well stake near a prolific oilfield. What's not to like Cooper Basin near Santos, that's what EME have acquired. EME only valued at £2m !!!! | mrblobbythe2nd

06/11/2024 08:35 | Lol… | birotop
06/11/2024 08:34 | Acquiring a 40% interest in a near term well drill on the Cooper Basin near Santos is massive, the market has not picked up on this yet, this is a bagger (at least) near term from current levels IMO. | aussiebeach
06/11/2024 08:27 | Oh well, written these off. What a terrible offer for retail investors. Thanks Tom for the opportunity. | oilforex
06/11/2024 08:15 | Every AIM company needs a story, all EME had was the sale of their Indonesian stake, now there is a real chance of possible oil production and the excitement of a well drill ahead. Fully diluted market cap at the raise price will be around £2.4m, shareholders should take comfort that the company is no longer on the critical list + the stake sale will still happen. At current levels, if all goes to plan, this could multi bag from current levels, no good for long termers but for new entrants the current price is a good entry point. | flughafen17
