28/5/2024 17:45 | Agreed Blueblood, we need an update with an explanation for the delay in the survey results. Presumably there is a delay because if they have the results they are obliged to post them. Maybe they're waiting for funds from Mako to pay the surveyors and the surveyors are holding back the results until they get paid. | ![]() odillon
28/5/2024 17:16 | JemJem always good to hear your take on things as fellow LTH. The Duyung delays may be outwith our control but lack on progress or information on Topaz when they have nothing else to do is so demoralising. They were completing the studies last year and we still haven't got a clue but at least it could be positive if negotiating extension! | ![]() blueblood
28/5/2024 17:01 | JJ, There would be no point forcing anything until all debts are settled and we have the money in the bank Even then it’s not safe though, is it? Imho | ![]() judijudi
28/5/2024 16:54 | Jj That's a different matter and different to what blueblood was suggesting earlier (maybe out of sheer frustration!). We all look forward to the day when the money is in the bank and your suggestion becomes a potential route. Imo | ![]() jemjem
28/5/2024 16:51 | Together TK and GB own 13.05% of EME, so perhaps it would be possible to remove them, cash up and wind up after Mako sale? Unless, of course, they have both retired of old age before this point. | ![]() georgesorrow
28/5/2024 16:48 | jemjem, Force them to divi up once Mako sold and loans paid off | ![]() judijudi
28/5/2024 16:46 | I would be way down on money spent at that (a lot) but at least I would come out with something And the way these 2 Clowns operate that is not to be sniffed at All those years invested in this absolute Dog, all the missed chances elsewhere, giving Kelly chance after chance to come good and look where we now find ourselves A truly awful performance from him isn’t it? In my opinion | ![]() judijudi
28/5/2024 16:45 | Be delighted with 2p now lol! | ![]() blueblood |
