01/1/2025 12:03 | Here is hoping for a successful 2025 with our EME investment. Happy New Year! | showme01
01/1/2025 11:23 | The trade of 84.25 million shares yesterday morning was a single trade timed at 10.51:06 for £67,400 and the type of trade was listed a 'o' which denotes an ordinary trade. What evidence is there that this trade was a broker gradually selling shares for arranging a placing? | odillon
31/12/2024 23:08 | It's the broker who has sold the shares for arranging the placing. They don't need a TR1 as they were never holding the shares. I guess they have had a market maker selling them gradually as they were able to. | showme01
31/12/2024 15:20 | See jemjem's comment below | blakieboy7
31/12/2024 15:19 | Saf, any ideas please on the 83 million sale. | ifc2
31/12/2024 13:59 | The 84.25 million share sale could be Tom or a Nortrust customer selling. As far as we know no one else has that many shares. The highest shareholder after Tom and Nortrust was Topaz with about 56 million. When there was the recent dilution Topaz fell under 3%. We know that 84.25 million is over 3% of the total shares as we are told on the company website; 6.20% Nortrust Nominees Limited 158,000,000 Shares (84.25 million is more than half of that so it is over 3%) So if somebody else held 84.25 million shares they should have been listed on the Aim declaration on the website. let's see what the TR1 has to say when it comes out | odillon
31/12/2024 13:32 | Saf, at least you get more tick downs than me🤣🤣 Happy New Year all. That 83m is probably the broker now out. | showme01
31/12/2024 12:35 | Great, thanks Safiande. It seems then USD30m would be a bit low at FID stage for 8.5% which is estimated revenue of $300m plus additional potential. Once FID is announced this should rerate to a fairer value. | lipov
31/12/2024 11:11 | I have nothing better than CRD´s own estimates last year namely that Mako would generate gas sales of US$2.4 billion net to Conrad's 76.5% interest. EME´s interest remains at 8.5% which is unaffected by the loan arrangements as they do not represent any equity reduction. Also not forgetting Mario´s figure of A$6 billion ( 100% ) in May 2023. This may well have increased as the price formula is linked to brent. There could also be a deep water premium as a result of the planned deep water development by Kufpec in the vicinity. | safiande
31/12/2024 11:09 | had no impact on the price, so would say its an arranged transfer....time will tell | neilyb675
31/12/2024 11:06 | Gut feeling.... that's shares the institution got for organising the placing and - I hope - they've gone to Nortrust. I can't see anyone else taking them on atm. Imo | jemjem
31/12/2024 10:51 | Wow that’s a large sale | judijudi
31/12/2024 10:04 | Has anyone any idea of what could the payout be for 8.5% share? I guess EME expects that highly likely is enough to cover loan notes with interest and CNOOCs $12m dispute as it said in management interim update that payout should cover for all these and extra funds will go towards future explorations projects. Maybe between 21 and 35 to EME? Any known gas assets farm down at FID stage in industry that we can reference to? Thanks | lipov
31/12/2024 09:40 | Nelly, Actually 7 up to now and growing Who are my aliases? Can you name them for us please? Even a few would do | judijudi
