Negotiated Order
Your order can not be completed automatically

Your order cannot be completed automatically at this time, but can still be submitted as a negotiated order. Reasons for this could include market volatility, the size of your order, or because there is not enough electronic stock available to match your order.

Because your order cannot be completed automatically we cannot guarantee the share price at the time of your trade.

Your order will be sent directly to our Dealers who will negotiate the best price available for your order in the market at that time. All orders will be completed in fair and due turn as soon as is practically possible.

Once you have placed a negotiated order you do not have the facility to cancel this instruction online.

If Coro's shareholders own only 6% after debt has been cleared with 15% of Duyung, EME looks hugely undervalued as EME shareholders own it all less paying off a far smaller debt, all be it that EME only owns 8.5% of Duyung and now has a near term drill with a 40% CoS that if successful, would propel EME's value up by £10's of millions on that one commercial success, then there is Duyung. Am I missing something?

There’s obviously a problem somewhere or it would have been done and dusted ages ago

Does anyone have a plausible-sounding theory about why there is never any progress on Mako farmdown?

My own theory (vote me down, I don't care) is that the Indo govt. still hasn't settled on its strategy for West Natuna. There is lots of exploration activity there beyond Mako and I suspect Indo has still not taken a decision on whether to build the pipeline spur for domestic gas imports as part of its wider national carbon reduction strategy.

Every RNS that comes out from CRD or EME seems to give more wordage to the domestic GSA than the export GSA, so I am having trouble with the general assumption that there is no chance at all of the pipeline being built that would see 25% of Mako gas going to Indo at lower price. Without a decision, it is difficult to value Mako and complete the farmdown.

I'm probably completely wrong, but there has to be a reason for the lack of progress. It is now four months since the export GSA was signed - the big GSA that we all waited years for - and as far as we know we are still waiting for ministerial sign-off. Why?

Anyone with a better theory please post it, but not if it is just CRD are bloody useless. There has to be a better reason than that.

CORO was priced to go bust and valued as cash shell. If everything goes through and Duyung is finally sold could see a fair few bags for new holders imo

Surprised no-one has anything to say about CORO, which has just been effectively taken over by its bondholders leaving existing shareholders with just 6% of the restructured equity (according to Jemjem, who is better at this stuff than me).

In a spare moment I have been writing an epitaph for myself. The Book of Job springs to mind.

Job never had it so good. He didn’t get really nasty flu over Christmas and New Year. He didn’t find that his local EE mast gave up and deprived him of internet and phone for three weeks. And he didn’t have trouble getting his car doors to shut. He didn’t get pinholes in his solar heating system that dribbled glycol through ceilings. He didn’t get an intermittent electrical fault that causes an RCD to trip in the middle of the night. No rat nibbled the trace heating on his water supply, with a consequent frozen water supply.

And he certainly didn’t invest in Empyrean Energy!

Happy New Year, everyone!

Judijudi, do you have an exit price in your mind or is it dependant on certain developing events and you will sell out irrespective of share price at that moment when it happens?

Showme01, that is 1.2% of the company :-)

It seems Tom and Gaz decided not to participate in the last raising. Tom not, most likely coz he knows he will get another 5% of Eme if Wilson comes out as commercial….
