Possibly last few months of being EME shareholder after 16 years. Can't take much more and unless Duyung news is out by end September I'm gone. Can't believe it's come to this and starting to question Gaz's real motives as never seen increased GCoS during drilling after finding gas clouds as predicted!

There's also no confirmation if the 250k has been paid for participation in the next drill

Evaluate what exactly?
We currently haven’t a Bean to evaluate anything other than fresh air! (which is free)
imho

Hopefully we are also evaluating some new projects. We need Tom to have a back up just in case a failure at Topaz isn't enough to completely destroy any remaining shareholder value.

Still think they should push Conrad and if GSAs are signed just RNS fact stating they are awaiting Government approval! C'mon TK you've lost about £9m in couple of months and need to get something out!

We all know what is going on or rather not going on.

Waiting for GSA!!!!!

Forget missing deposit that is tied up in legal process but agree we could be told what happened and what is going on.

Well until I hear anything from the company I am not buying anymore shares, I am ok to buy when I hear positive news and have funds available now, rather buy at a higher price when I know what the hell is going on.

The key date is 31 July when Duyung GSA needs to be known and so a value can be placed on the asset, if not I am concerned the CLN will be redeemed and more dilution to pay for the debt, was it £2.7M. Where is that missing £2M, heard nothing and Duyung been years, not good enough.

I wont be selling my circa million, pointless at this price but won't add until we get positive news and I am not alone, Topaz is the prize but it looks a long way off at the moment.

Not sure if directors are allowed to buy atm? Possibly because of full annual results within 60 days, but definitely (imo) because they will be aware of the GSA pricing etc. which is price sensitive info.
Imo

Can Gaz put his hand in his pocket and buy 10m down here? He's gone very quiet maybe he's still checking Gaz clouds out or looking for GSA documents.....

DearyBleach, foado

EME have conservatively £20-£30mln in Duyung assets and 2 years to drill Topaz.

Don't forget, the GSA is imminent :-0

Tickety Tock! Time going slowly shock!

33 days and not counting. 31 July 2022 seemed so far away. I think Tommy will be needing to be preparing a couple of plans. I don't think the Lender will hang around. £2.7 million would be about 270,000,000 new shares at present. At best. And if a cash raise is triggered to cover the outstanding loan note, that doesn't explain how the Topaz drill will be financed. Almost as nail biting as the wait for the Jade result. How did that end?

Be careful.

TK needs to be in Conrad's ear daily. If we are just waiting for Gov approval he should RNS it!

Morning, Well at present the only asset we have to moniterise is Duyung and we need that to drill Topaz and to pay off the CLN before 31 July if not another raise and more dilution. I still think Conrad could let eme and Coro release something to put a more accurate value on the Duyung asset in relation to the GSA, if not why not, would it jeopardise contract negotiations, its jeopardising eme !!They might get the lost 2M back but heard nothing, they might get a partner for Topaz but nothing I can see, why would CNOOC get involved they get 51% back -in anyway.
