I never said it would make any difference to the share price or sentiment
I do however think it will be a big sign of confidence from him spending his own money on the outcome of the Topaz drill

maybe he feels his 30mln or so shares are enough!? Plus I can't see him buying making one iota of difference to sentiment here. We are totally dependent upon GSA news to feed the vultures and buy a get out of jail ticket so we can get back in the game.

It would have been nice for Conrad to announce signing of GSAs subject to approval by Indo gas authority which is expected to take xx weeks, alas Conrad don't seem to be able to or willing to release such info!?

I posted today on the Coro board. On the "Good newz" thread. Peeps can check it out if they wish. It's free. It's the thread I have always used. It is the thread I will use when I next post there.

What's the point of filtering someone then unfiltrating so you can see what's behind the curtain? And announcing the filtering in the first place? Did you want to see if you were missing something? Sounds hypocritical to me but I am not one to judge.

I prescribe a couple of paracetamol and a darkened room.

You are a LIAR you had a thread on CORO and you deleted it.

I never told anyone to buy EME at 12p or any other level.

I actually posted I had derisked by selling 100k at 12p.

What I did get wrong was not expecting the drill to be 10 days ahead of schedule and thought the price fall was due to other issues.

Traders are getting restless. Buzz warned you to buy EME right up to 12p but I
missed his warning to sell at 4p,6p,8p,10p and 12p. Think of all your hard earned money and time lost. He wants mug punters to stay around in the hope his 12p warrants might have value. Do you want to invest in his future?

Idiots guide: You do not lose money by not investing. You come out even. How many "long and strong" EME investors wish they could achieve that now? And you don't need to average down.

I have not removed any "thread". I think the poor dodderer has forgotten he has filtered my posts.

Anyone who is tempted to give any credence to what Helpfull is posting should nbe aware he had his own thread on CORO BB where he was continuously warning of placing and doom and gloom etc.

CORO flourishing and guess what he has removed his thread containing all his unhelpfull posts.

Anyone who listened to him on CORO at 0.23p would have missed out!!!!

I have just checked the RNS in respect of funding and in particular the CLN, my understanding is that if a GSA is not entered into by 31 July then the lender can redeem the CLN at any time after this date and the face value of the note will be £2.67M.

If eme enter into a binding GSA ref Mako before 31 July the lender will not redeem before 1 December 2022 with monthly interest at £330000, however if we enter into a GSA the valuation will come through and we can pay off the CLN, so the £330000 should never happen or that's how I see it.

Either way we need that GSA prior to 31 July to be all set up for Topaz, hope I have that correct.

31 July seemed so far away when the debt was restructured. £2,200,000 given a face value of £3,300,000. A 50% increase. If a GSA is announced by that date the Lender will not redeem the Convertible Note prior to 1 December 2022. Thereafter the interest is £330,000 per month. That's 10% interest per month on the face value of £3,300,000 but 15% on the £2,200,000 or a staggering 180% interest per year. Shows the position Eme is in.

Some thought the Conrad IPO would be in June. They appear to be in no rush. To drill next year Eme needs to be starting to get finance in place.
