I didn't mean refund Buzzzz, I meant that with the localised drill performance....the drill times are accelerated.....therefore quicker drilling and less depth should equal less wonga.....but to own this share you have to be ever hopeful..:-)

I did ask if we would get a refund but apparently it does not work like that ....suprise suprise!!!

It will be a while before we get details of costing etc I know that it is possible to drill by may next year but there is a lot of work to be done and it will be tight.

GSA sign off critical to not getting legged over on a farm in or if very favourable maybe funded solely by EME.

As the drill was sooooo much quicker than was "expected".... you would think that the drill cost would be greatly reduced for Topaz due to quicker drilling times....that would be asking too much..

TK said when I asked him in conference call that there was money in the frozen bank acc but not how much. As for giving details I suspect it will be sub judice etc
If not they may well hide behind it to save embarassment. They may well have a case against the Singapore bank who allowed the scammers an account.

So don't expect any news soon.

Usual EME - short on detail (cost, timings, farm outs, missing deposit etc) long on potential(topaz could be great, saying ' Mako' for no reason)It is as if they've now managed to convince themselves they were right about Jade all along, dusted themselves off & carry on as before. What is with all this blowing smoke up CNOOC in every RNS? Something very odd about that - like a debt owed.

Looks like the early intra day move to 1.9p is a reflection on where this is going once the market evaluates today's news.

The shares are off nearly 90% and that is far too much given today's update, the stock has been bear raided but the bears will soon become bulls.

Buzzzz could be a good time then to be honest about the assets and not just sweep it under the carpet like it doesn’t exist and on to the next. There has never been any coherent explanation regards California.
IMO Tom is terrible. When the the going gets tough he is never about to promote, or even calm the waters. Even in the run up to the drill he wasn’t exactly man about town getting the word out. It’s like he doesn’t really want to do it but he’s got to see it through because he has a big number.
If you call it a style, I don’t like it and won’t be adding to my position here under any circumstances.

Worth noting that the alias 'Helpfull' was bashing CRCL around this time last year when the shares were around .80p, a few weeks later they hit 2.45p.

The fellow is a contrary indicator therefore.

Surprised no one highlights the rise in asking price yesterday afternoon for no apparent reason and connects it with today's RNS. Like cholesterol there is good and bad leaks. Happened with Coro Energy as well. Mug punters be aware. No news on a GSA anytime soon.

Looks like this is going back up, can see a steady rise ahead with 2.5p a clear short term target, the shares are materially oversold on the RSI also.
