I’m not sure TK is credible or investable any more. Which institution investors would when there are much better options out there?

Even if someone was stupid or brave enough to take a punt at say 0.35p any rise would be hit by a tsunami of selling and it would be nigh impossible to beat the spread and get any reasonable profit.

Blakie, it's now 8 months since we were told about the two oil studies. If the results were lousy then surely the discussions with drill partners would have fallen apart; yet oddly we aren't being kept up to date on either aspect.So on the basis that they are at a stage of advanced analysis, (albeit late), then that also would explain the lack of a tangible news release . After all, material bad news must be shared with the shareholders, right?In essence I don't believe that any delay in Duyung can read across to China.Also I keep thinking why EME isn't partnering with the existing field developer. The Jade result must have surprised them too. And they are working together with the migration studies!

K7, I agree with a lot of your points. However, we should have been made aware of both China project conclusions already in my opinion. It was over a month ago we were told they were almost done. Spill the beans mr Kelly

Well the good thing is it’s still liquid. Lots of trades recently which is what the MMs want. Price isn’t important. They rely on trade.

I have been in EME close to 20 years now, to varying degrees. I don’t think any of this is ineptitude of TK. He has strengths and weaknesses like everyone. He has a decent stake here too. If I did think he was a toe rag I’d have sold long ago and not bought again. But some have to blame. It’s in their nature. Nothing we can do about it. They’re allowed to express how they feel. It is a painful experience losing hard earned money, especially when the words of hope we have been fed turned out to be empty. That isn’t the same as lying.

I have less sympathy for the pump and dump sly low life’s on share chats .... pumping up or pumping down. None are trustworthy. They’re here to take advantage. You can judge trends by which ones infest the conversation which in itself can be a good pointer in whether selling buying or holding is the way to go.


I am thinking there’s a chance EME could go down the pan. The GSA is one of the most frustrating events. It could save our company but it could just come to nothing on some political or ideological whim. Topaz…… well is it water or oil? What’s the result of the detail?

I should have sold much more at 10p. Maybe I’m too bullish for this game! Either way it was my choice to buy or sell. No one made me do it. I learned from EME never to put too much in AIM shares. I’ve kept to that everywhere but here. I question my sanity! AIM shares are almost universally speculative rather than investment decisions. Not always easy to tell the difference. Hard to admit when we are wrong sometimes too.

Everything crossed this comes good soon.

What beats me is we never did hear of who sold at 10-11amish the 2 x I million, and the 2 million that showed after close that day before the runs @10p..?..I have my suspicions, mobiles from rigs are a common place this day and age, and could have been made to a certain party...

Sorry to hear about your losses Abergele. I know how it feels as am in the £25k+ loss club on EME alone too. Think I should have kept it in the bank all those years back. My latest buy here at 0.00612 is already nearing a 50% loss in the space of 2 weeks!
Couldn't have predicted this but it's a gamble which requires a miracle to come good i reckon.
Anyway as you say, health is more important as I too have recently found that out.

Not looking good . After the sale of the main assets sugarloaf it always looked unlikely to be worth much . Other assets weren't producing and eme has no money to develop them . Struggling to find anyone to take them on . Few options remaining so either call it a day or a dilutive cash call to keep it going for a bit longer and see if anything happens . Unlikely though as oil prices are pretty high and stable ATM ,if they can't get partners now don't see why it will change in the future .

Something has definitely spooked the market here so points to either bad news and a leak or approached the market for funding
