If it's blue sky exploration you are after, don't waste your time here folks, take a look at Namibia and South Africa focussed explorers (while there is still time), specifically the Orange basin explorers - the scale of of discoveries reported thus far is pretty huge. Yes they have some decent minority interests, but they may not survive before it yields. Someone, anyone, make a case why this is worthy of 'lights on' investment under this management team, why should they be trusted?Also what happened to the list funds, were they ever recovered?Open to opposing views or contrarian positions.Cash

Empyrean is pleased to advise that it has entered into binding subscription agreements to issue 189,753,783 new Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.8p per New Ordinary Share (the "Issue Price"), raising GBP1,518,030 (before costs) (the "Subscription").




nominal value 0.2p, so thats the lowest for any placing... better get on with it asap, before we are beyond repair!

Morning, I fully agree. There is still no news and no wonder people sell and so the share price is at its lowest ever.You would think if this company has any decency, they could st least comment on the share price and the way forward.I wonder if there is a way forward because it's an absolute shambles, good price to buy as they say.
