06/2/2024 16:43 | When does licence expire thought it was 2025 but not sure | blueblood
06/2/2024 15:54 | If you were in Tom's position and had the results of the investigation at Topaz, but didnt yet have an extension (assuming you wanted one ....) would you publish the results ..... | michmcd
06/2/2024 15:33 | We're in this situation as Tom got greedy and didn't ensure he signed a 2 well deal for Jade and Topaz. If we had kept a free carry with say 10% we would be fine, Tom had to have it all...aimho, maybe there was never a JV deal to be had for one well never mind two...whatever is the truth we will never know. There is one thing we do know, he's not up to the job!! | lazarus2010
06/2/2024 14:40 | Hi George Yes I've seen it several times. I believe EME may have already had an extension to their licence granted in the past? | petercrosby
06/2/2024 14:01 | Do explorers ever get extensions when they have failed to meet licence conditions? Genuine question. TK has always given the impression that CNOOC is well disposed to EME, but could they be that friendly? | georgesorrow
06/2/2024 11:21 | Well if Gaz is still getting paid the least he can do is get extension for Topaz sorted! | blueblood
05/2/2024 11:03 | It’s looking more and more like Topaz is a gonner (unless he can arrange yet another extension) If it is gone I hope he sees sense and divi’s up after selling Indo If he did divi up Indo then for every penny he hands out he himself will get nearly £1,000,000 After 17+ years he’s proven himself to be a mostly useless and unlucky CEO And that’s the worst kind of a boss So I reckon it’s time we called it a day All In my humble opinion only | judijudi

02/2/2024 09:40 | Jemjem, Many thanks | stewart4990
02/2/2024 09:36 | stewart. It refers ONLY to the potential of the WNTS pipeline having a spur built direct to Indonesia. No-one ever really expected it to be built in time - if at all - hence the arrangements being put in place to export the gas. Therefore this is not an impediment to the other arrangements for the GSA and FID. " Conrad is subject to a domestic market obligation (DMO) requirement set out under the PSC, requiring supply of 29.5% of the Mako gas to the domestic market. The domestic gas price is $5.5 per mmbtu as agreed in the revised POD • Delivery of Mako Gas Field gas to Indonesia would require the domestic gas buyer to build a connecting “spurline̶ US$100 million by GaffneyCline and thus the likelihood of any potential spurline being constructed remains uncertain • In with line with the revised POD (2022), in the absence of a GSA with a domestic buyer, the domestic portion of the Mako gas production is to be exported" Imo | jemjem
02/2/2024 09:19 | I note for the first time that Conrad say the project remains uncertain, is that in respect of the whole project or to the 29.5% they hope to sell to PGN. After 7 years it doesn't install confidence, and eme are pretty much dependant on Duyung for anything including Topaz. What a nightmare !! | stewart4990
02/2/2024 08:01 | Conrad Successfully Completes Oversubscribed A$13 million Placement to Advance Gas Projects and Announces A$2 million Security Purchase Plan Highlights Conrad has received firm commitments to raise A$13 million at an issue price of A$0.95 per CHESS Depositary Interest (“CDI”) by way of a placement ("Placement"). The Placement saw strong interest from new and existing institutional and sophisticated investors with demand exceeding anticipated commitments for CDIs under the offer. Proceeds will be used to complete a 3D seismic survey across the shallow water Aceh gas discoveries and continued project costs associated with the Mako gas project, as well as general working capital. The successful completion of the Placement ensures that the company will remain well funded through a number of near-term goals designed to further de-risk the Mako gas project and progress other key initiatives, including: Finalisation of binding gas sale agreements for Mako to supply gas to Singapore; Conclusion of Duyung Production Sharing Contract ("PSC") Farm-Down process; Finalisation of project financing discussions; Mako final investment decision; and Maturing gas commercialisation initiatives in Aceh. Conrad also announces a security purchase plan (“SPP”) to eligible securityholders in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Seychelles, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States to raise approximately A$2 million. | currypasty
02/2/2024 07:59 | "Conrad and PGN are finalising a formal agreement to govern these arrangements. However, despite the project being approved for several years, funds for the construction of the Pemping pipeline have yet to be appropriated, and the project remains uncertain, cautioned Conrad." | currypasty
