13/9/2022 19:06 | if Conrad are valuing 30% of entire Conrad for A$55,000,000 then 8.5% of EME valued for less than A$15,000,000 which is which is £8,500,000. This 8.5% may be worth £40,000,000 to £60,000,000 when gas starts being sold. But now This is what Conrad had valued it. I would think this could be worth a lot more by Jan 23.Remember there is also £3,000,000 debt. I hope my maths is wrong. Market is not happy with Conrad valuation. | sue999
13/9/2022 19:02 | "Why anyone would torture themselves for years, slagging off a share they supposedly own? It's like repeatedly stabbing yourself in the eye with a rusty nail and then complaining about it. You have a choice. No respect for tools like this, grow a pair ffs"! Welcome to the dark side Simon. The force is strong here. Where are those results for the year to March 2022? Be careful. | helpfull
13/9/2022 18:40 | New low coming here, even though the much heralded GSA is supposed to be coming to save us. Can't be all its cracked up to be can it? CORO down too with relentless selling. | simonsmithiv

13/9/2022 16:10 | From Coro Energy Corporate Update dated 24 May 2022: "The Company estimates its share of pre-FID expenditure at approximately US$1m, with further capital expenditure post FID (assuming a leased processing facility) of approximately US$38m net to Coro. Partners can also elect to advance the expected first gas date by ordering long lead items (estimated to cost approximately US$2m, net to Coro) prior to FID" If Empyrean wants to participate the costs would obviously be pro rata. Be careful. | helpfull
13/9/2022 15:47 | Saf, would that mean that EME and Coro make pro rata contributions too? I would guess they would. | the donald
13/9/2022 15:37 | Conrad has introduced revisions to their web page which are commensurate with the latest POD news from EME. They have confirmed that they will shortly commence FEED work for the development of the field from funds raised under the IPO. Overview " - One of the largest undeveloped gas discoveries in the West Natuna Sea with key under-utilised infrastructure in place. - Mako Gas Field is one continuous “single tank” of methane gas with insignificant impurities and a high permeability reservoir with excellent productive capability. - POD for Mako Gas Field approved in February 2019, converting PSC from exploration to exploitation, and extending tenure to 2037. - Following successful drilling campaigns, Conrad worked with SKK Migas on a revised POD1 that is currently being approved by the Indonesian regulator. The current Mako CPR2 contemplates the production of 2C Resources from Mako of ~413 Bcf (gross), - Ongoing discussions with buyers in Singapore and Indonesia on gas sales agreements. Two Heads of Agreement already signed with Singapore buyers. - Mako holds high quality gas (98% methane, no mercury, no heavy metals), requires no LNG refrigeration emissions / energy consumption has no requirement for regasification and has a lower carbon footprint2. - Will shortly commence FEED work for the development of the field from funds raised under the proposed IPO. - The Mako Gas Field has been assessed (as noted in the technical expert's report prepared by Gaffney, Cline & Associates which will be included in the prospectus) to contain full field 2C resources of 413 Bcf (100%). - Conrad is in the process of negotiating gas sales agreements with two potential gas buyers in Singapore and one potential buyer in Indonesia, with the first gas sales currently scheduled for 2025. - Offtake increased from 44 mmscf/d to 120 mmscf/d with the ability to increase to 150 mmscf/d after the first year depending on well performance." There is also an amended map of the area which indicates that the northern part of the multi - Block B field owned by Medco Energi is in proximity to Mako. This tends to back up a greater areal field than previously expected, if the Mako gas has migrated to the Medco field, which was reported last Sep. Since then no further news on any B2B / FSA between the parties. | safiande
13/9/2022 15:37 | It's got me totally stumped. This and Coro have got a lot of dosh coming their way very soon. I topped up on both the other day and if it stays low until the end of the month, I'll have another bite. | the sage
13/9/2022 15:19 | Anyone got any idea why this is dropping? I thought the Duyung update would have been met with buying rather than selling. | the donald
13/9/2022 15:16 | Out of interest did Conrad make any contribution towards the cost of the drill at Duyung. | stewart4990

13/9/2022 10:56 | Fluffy Bunnies! Bunnies! Bunnies! Bunnies! I have been informed by legal that ? is also used in interrogation. So again I would like to apologise for any trauma caused. It was not intentional. And I would like to apologise for ! as well as some readers may have been shocked. I understand shocks are used in interrogation. More apologies. Where are those results and why have they been delayed? Be careful | helpfull
13/9/2022 10:56 | I am sure you did not do it on purpose or were aware of the effects. If you notice when posters comment on your posts, they mention the tock tock. Otherwise the contents of your comments are what we already know. Noting new. The management think of EME as their back yard. I understand 2000000 GBP is lost and no one is told where the hell it is gone. | sue999
13/9/2022 10:35 | Fluffy Bunnies! Fluffy Bunnies! Fluffy Bunnies! Where are the summies? Firstly, I would like to apologise to Sue999 and any other peeps traumatised by Tickety Tock! It was not meant to harm. Secondly, where are those results and why have they been delayed? Be careful. | helpfull
13/9/2022 10:00 | The heading "Tickety Tock! Tock! Tock! Tock!" is an effort to cause psychological discomfort. It is a type of Sound Torture. They are used effectively in interrogation rooms. | sue999
13/9/2022 09:12 | Tickety Tock! Tock! Tock! Tock! I wonder if the results for end March 2022 can be released now after the POD? Or are they awaiting the "imminent" GSA. Or are they awaiting the G20 meeting which is apparently in Bali which is apparently in Indonesia which is apparently on Nov 15? Or is there some other reason for their delay? Be careful. | helpfull
12/9/2022 19:15 | Non of those numbers make any sense. There can't be thousands of billions of shares | bapr59
12/9/2022 16:11 | There won’t be a JV at Topaz just like there wasn’t one at Jade imho | judijudi
12/9/2022 16:06 | Now we are seeing a bit more positive news a JV to share the cost of drilling wouldn't go amiss. | digger2779 |
