He won’t farm out Topaz because he is either to greedy or nobody is interested
Just like as happened with the Jade go it alone (which I said at the time was a very bad move)

JJ, Topaz has to be worth a try...but not necessarily alone. Should be able to farm out 50-80% of our stake and as free a carry as possible!

The cash received can then be used to acquire producing assets with upside to bring in income to cover G&A costs at least, and contributions to development costs. A bit late to the party considering the PoG and PoO now!

I think they will manage to raise 13 to 15 milion after the Conrad IPO. That will pay the debt and finace the drilling of the Topaz prospect.If Topaz is a duster that would be the end. Conrad IPO is the key.

You can relay/ask the following.

“1. Can the CEO and Chairman note shareholders utter dismay at the shocking lack of oversight which allowed $2m to be sent to a fraudulent bank account when a simple phone call by eme to the legitimate transacting party would have verified that their bank account had in fact not changed.

Can the CEO and Chairman please confirm that key staff including them are now undertaking basic fraud, financial crime and risk management training. This is particularly important as EME will now, no doubt be on fraudsters ‘gullible lists’ and further attempts to defraud are likely.

2. Can the CEO please have the good faith and commercial sense to admit that the money is now ‘long gone’ and ‘out of reach’ of recovery action and that he stops throwing good money after bad in wasted legal fees…”

Gaz. I'm minded of the story. No, not the 2-4weeks story. I'm minded by the story Tommy told. The one in which Gaz went against the grain and championed a drilling continuation when most had given up hope. And found riches. That story is more pertinent for Eme and its shareholders now. If it was believed before the Jade drill it should be believed now. There is no alternative for management but to go headlong into the Topaz drill. Whatever the consequences. It is what they do. For shareholders there is a simple choice. Hold or sell. So far the latter has been the wise choice.
