20/9/2022 09:32 | With our awful record it’s throwing good money after bad And our resident Geologists hasn’t shown any confidence in Topaz by buying shares at this bombed out price just like he didn’t with Jade before the drill! imho | judijudi

18/9/2022 16:55 | My question is this. If you were in Tom Kelly ' s and Gaz Bishts position ~. Mako sign off, CLN holders then hugely comfortable ~ how would you approach the big prize. ? | bushman1
18/9/2022 16:51 | Once we hopefully have confirmation, the CLN holders will surely continue to do so. The next catalyst for the EME share price will be an announcement regarding funding for Topaz. This is the raison d'etre I suggest for their loyalty to EME. As I posted a few months ago, the Chinese Government are investing billions of $ into the South China Sea region. Topaz will be a major source of much needed energy supplies to China, based on all factual data provided. | bushman1
18/9/2022 16:38 | The CLN holders have held firm. | bushman1
18/9/2022 16:36 | After the disappointment of Jade it does appear from the CORO updates the Indonesian Government will shortly sign off on the Mako deal. | bushman1
18/9/2022 16:32 | As per my previous post, many thanks again. That is some great research. I have a question for you if I may ? | bushman1

16/9/2022 20:44 | What's the cash situation? $19,000 at end of March 2022. £178,600 (approx $230,000) received from warrants in April. $2.25 million raised 10 May 2022 (minus 10% costs). $250,000 earmarked for CNOOC and the Topaz drill. G&A costs last year were $1.6 million (taking out cyber fraud and exploration costs). For 6 months ending September 2022 G&A might be $800,000. Overall $1.22 million current cash position. Less any ongoing costs for Jade. Take away $800,000 G&A for the next six months and cash would be depleted before meeting the $3,300,000 loan note repayment by 1 Dec 2022. Just found additional costs for Empyrean in the results: "Additional commitments for the 2022/23 financial year consist of an annual assistance fee to CNOOC of US$67,000, an annual personnel representative fee to CNOOC of approximately US$260,000 and an annual prospecting fee of US$128,000" and "The Company incurs quarterly cash calls of approximately US$10,000 for overheads, geological and geophysical costs and approximately US$48,000 for its share of associated lease obligations annually" The former is $455,000 costs and the latter $88,000 a year. That cash raise gets closer by the hour. Be careful. | helpfull
16/9/2022 15:34 | It's well worth taking the time to read the IPO prospectus. It's long, for sure, but provides a huge amount of background information as to what has been going on for the last couple of years. Most importantly it provides a real insight into how big this deal is, how much work has gone into getting it over the line and provides total reassurance that it will, eventually get there. All the partners, including SKK Migas and the Indo government, want this to work. A bit of weekend reading! Imo | jemjem
