What a load of total 💩

There is no bid and there won't be any bid for this pile in the short term by Q2 or 3 or 4

It's a total ramp just like the 8p ppt was a total ramp.

Now the LSE RAMP but little substance lost the clever bull💩 spin of suggestion plants and inferences.....just like the last fundraising was supposed to be c10p and ended up 5.75p for 100% dilution

They've just diluted the company massively and until all that clears you lot are going nowhere.

Meanwhile my portfolio shoots up.....and all you can do is shoot up 🤣💦🌴🎋 7795;🌲Ӿ76;🛩💥;

Although that Portfolio Matters video was flawed in many ways, I think they have taken on board the message about the MOP production and sale/market prices, and their economic price scenarios, being not as clear as they could have been. That's also why they did a separate segment on this issue in the LSE session on Tuesday. It's good when a company's management learns from constructive criticism and amends their approach - not every management would do this.

In fact Hayden has just now started tweeting potash prices! Helps they are going up, but good to be open about it.

A few high profile twitter types have mentioned EML recently, and positively. Looks like there are plenty happy to buy at 5.5/5.7, so strong support developed there. Next move will surely be up, just need a few to bite the bullet

Yasyas an offtake deal is when a customer signs an agreement to take X% (or X tons) of a mine's output per year, either at an agreed price, or at market price. Sometimes the miner can ask the offtaker to pay up front for the tons they want, obviously that's ideal as it acts like another cash injection for building the mine with no dilution. The terms of an offtake are obviously dependent on which party is the strongest in negotiations, the miner or the offtaker!Sometimes banks require offtakes for a %age of a mine's output before they will lend money for construction, so as to reduce their risk. However if they don't then many CEOs consider that offtakes are not ideal as they reduce flexibility to get a better deal, or (if the offtake is at a fixed price) may cost money later.

Rather than discussing potential shareprices, I find it more useful to take everything in reference to the market capital instead...being the product of the 'variables' shareprice and shares in issue.

K so i googles this! Why would this not be a good option? Is it because the price would be fixed and may increase?

Westie, normally takeovers are done on the basis of a price "per issued and to-be-issued share", so yes warrants and options will be included, and are issued just before final legalities are concluded.

Yasyas1 - I contacted LSE and it's not available yet. They're apparently loading the videos today so might be available later or tomorrow. It'll be via their You Tube account.

Cuberbub - Yes very much agree with you way of thinking re a buyout. 25p would be superb in the short term but as we get nearer to production, i'd like to think it'd be higher. Maybe you can answer this as I don't know the answer, but in the event of an offer for the company, that happens to the Director's options and warrants. Do they automatically vest? The reason i'm asking is that obviously they will want to maximise their benefit from any buyout.

Westie we would normally need all key permits before a potential takeover - but if OCP want to snap us up, they are essentially a state-owned company so I don't think they would have any worries about the last permit (environmental permit) being issued by the state! If a private company yes they would want the environmental permit - but that should be issued in just a few weeks or so. Then it's (potentially) game on... And I don't think anyone would expect a takeover to succeed under 20p... More like 25p+ IMHO... I've previously said that I hope that we could hit well over 50p when in production, depending on the financing dilution levels, but personally if someone came along this summer and offered something over 25p I would gladly take it, 25p in the hand is worth 50p+ in the bush IMO, the stock market is a risky and unforgiving place...!NAI etc

sloppyg - I echo the thanks to you for posting that excellent summary. A refreshing read, unlike the feeling I experienced from watching that below par Portfolio Matters video. I remain a holder who is happy to sit this out (barring unforseen upsets) to the eventual outcome.

Sloppyg - many thanks for your excellent summary. Very useful. I think one of the issues here is the lack of visibility in MOP prices. You are right - they track forward crop prices. Soybean pries, for e.g. are +70% YoY and the futures curve is very constructive on price. I would expect to see a slew of potash deals at higher prices putting the commodity on the radar.

Personally, I would rather see OCP take the whole thing over. Good for Morocco, good for Africa...and EML shareholders. Thanks again.
