21/5/2021 19:53 | I think the directors doing the same presentation over and over again is tiresome. They've exhausted PIs pockets and patience. If they have news then fine, otherwise go away until they have something new to say. | donald pond
21/5/2021 19:50 | The comments about directors investing are tiresome. I've worked for 2 FTSE 100 cos have quite a few shares and never bought one. I always considered myself vested as I've decent holdings by way of performance options. Be in no doubt that is the case here. | nash19
21/5/2021 14:20 | I only wish they were negotiating hard on financing, this is taking forever. | fozzie
21/5/2021 14:20 | edit. sorry ignore me. | chinahere

21/5/2021 09:54 | A possible 'plus' is that Hayden will be involved this time. He hasn't appeared for a while. We know he's been tasked with securing funding and I believe he's a decent orator in front of the camera. | westie50
21/5/2021 09:32 | Agree it would be good for the directors to have more real money invested rather than mainly options. But imagine if they are negotiating hard on financing, there must come a point where they are in a close period and so not allowed to transact. Does anyone know what that tipping point is between having theoretical discussions on financing to having confidential info that requires a close period? I'm guessing too they are not allowed to say if they are or are not in a close period since that would also say something. My point I suppose is that whilst we might like the BOD to invest to signal positive intent, it might be that they can't. Although I suspect they've had plenty of opportunities before now, and not grabbed them. | mesb48
21/5/2021 08:55 | Agree wholeheartedly, distinct lack of real skin in the game here. | fozzie
21/5/2021 08:33 | Not another investor meets company! The company never responded to my email suggesting that too many of these events was a waste of timeIn the end, a lot of us have invested in the company. Rather than constantly telling us how great the project is, the board need to focus on getting others to invest in it. They could start by dipping into their own accounts | donald pond
18/5/2021 09:42 | Dreamer......they'll just grant themselves more as you lot are powerless in AIM you idiot 🤣💦 | qsmeily456
17/5/2021 09:46 | Let's not forget that the directors have some decent options, so won't be wanting any unnecessary dilution that might cost them money. | puzzler2
17/5/2021 09:45 | Theres more 💩 comes out of the PR man's mouth than the UK covid rules. They don't have anything to negotiate with.....no money no project 🤣💦 | qsmeily456
17/5/2021 09:18 | Almost three months of consolidation around the placing price. Should be free to start moving up now. | parob
17/5/2021 09:08 | RNS reads quite bullish to me. Having had Graham say on the investor presentation just last week that they were still aiming for the bigger FS/higher initial capex project, it’s interesting the new chairman’s comments this morning emphasising again the lower dilution possible from the ‘optionality | mesb48
17/5/2021 07:21 | Graham sounds bullish.Graham Clarke, CEO of Emmerson said:"Never has there been a more important time to develop a world-class potash mine, and this is what we believe we have in Khemisset. Many market commentators have pointed to the emergence of a 'structural bull market' for commodities, and this has already seen the prices for key agricultural commodities including grains, oilseeds, sugar and dairy increasing this year and corn prices above $7 a bushel for the first time in eight years. Even cynics of this commodities supercycle should realise that potash really is a uniquely valuable commodity which will not be fuelled purely by market speculators, but ultimately by global demographics and population growth."Not only are we in the right place at the right time, Emmerson has assembled the right team to deliver this exceptional asset in to production. Our operational team in Morocco are exceptionally talented and diligent, driven by a desire to see this strategic national asset developed into a mining operation which will set a benchmark in the industry. Similarly, we boast a team of individuals in the UK and globally with the corporate and commercial experience to identify the optimum route to production and the means to deliver it."The remainder of 2021 is set to be punctuated with milestone events which will materially de-risk our asset and clearly define Khemisset as a new world-class potash mine." | parob
15/5/2021 08:03 | Dream on you idiot Hyperdud 🤣💦 cyberbub 14 May '21 - 12:14 - 5199 of 5200 "It's very possible that we might see a funding announcement within a couple of months of the EIA being issued, IMO. " | qsmeily456
14/5/2021 15:35 | Some good buys gone through today. | gateside
14/5/2021 12:14 | Yesterday showed support at the previous low in early March. Let's hope to see a recovery from here, especially as the EIA is incoming shortly...Although a strategic investor will need the EIA formally issued to tick the final box, the company has been discussing 'in principle' deals in the background for some time. It's very possible that we might see a funding announcement within a couple of months of the EIA being issued, IMO. Allowing for the summer holidays season etc, perhaps in September? | cyberbub
14/5/2021 07:47 | Spot on about yesterday . It did hold up well | kcaco
14/5/2021 07:34 | Don’t think Graham had investor relations experience before EML so suspect some presentations are just deemed practice! Agree they have limited value although I like the consistency of messaging on timescales. SP held up well yesterday in a weak market, so hopefully that suggests a lot of the sellers are flushed out. Lots of reasons why the share price is where it is, but as frustrating as that is, it’s what helps make an interesting investment opportunity IMO. | mesb48
13/5/2021 11:23 | Yes i think the EIA will come first, not least because financiers will first want to see all permits in place. The positive i can see is that there's several parts to finance. So a strategic investor, equity, debt, off takes and finally the shovel starts digging, all of which should help the share price and can be announced separately. | westie50
13/5/2021 11:20 | If only you'd listened u losers 🤣💦 QsmeIly456 11 May '21 - 08:12 - 5183 of 5193 Edit 0 0 And down the sick 🐕 All you idiots that invested here for no gains over the last months have and are missing the recovery stock flying 50 to 100% plus 🤣💦 | qsmeily456
13/5/2021 11:09 | Well the EIA is what will potentially unlock strategic investments. Should be here very soon. | cyberbub |
