grealish doesn't play the 10 role for his club team. that's why saka played it in the final. as mentioned smith-rowe could be the 10 england has been waiting for.

anyway i'm not sure southbound has the management skill to run anything but defensive.

You only need one great player to lift up the team. Only player in england side who i saw has potential to be that great player was Grealish but unfortunately under Southgate he wasn't given much of a chance maybe due to being a defender himself he cant spot great attacking talent. As soon as Grealish comes on the team performance gets lifted to another level. You want your best players to be on the ball the most and least best the least time on ball.

Agreed dodge, unfortunately Kane is a nearly man, as is the over-cautious Southgate himself. Some blokes are not born under a lucky star I'm afraid.

Put your monacle on. He plays like a captain should. Players like Sterling save their energy for when its needed, in attack. We had a player called Thierry Henry - black kid, you may have heard of him - he wasnt the greatest tracker backer in our team. Pretty useful up front though.

It looks like the tweets about Rashford are going to be used to persecute amd control and silence the voice of white people whi have real concerns.

The FA and Southgate have chosen to make an issue about race so a discussion here is appropriate.
