If Edenville get their mining licence then SEPCO could eye EDL up for a takeover. They might not want Runh Power getting in on the act.

Sepco might want to takeover EDL's coal deposit. We know Rufus was talking to them but in the end went with Runh Power. Sepco know all about EDL's coal and they are with Kibo. Kibo seem to be expanding their acreage in Rukwa and being next door to EDL maybe Sepco want there hands on EDL's coal and by doing freeze out Runh as a competitor.

How are they able to sell shares before the placing is announced? That would be acting on inside info as you would be selling to unsuspecting investors? Can't believe there would be so many buyers like today.

I looked at the day before the last fundraising on the 2nd December. There were 34m buys and 65m sells. Not a great volume. There were some bigger sells of 10m.
Seems like there are more sells before a placing, which would make sense.

Look back at the history of trades immediately before placing announcements (especially the big ones). Happens every time.

JP,The placings tradings have been reported to the FCA before and nothing ever happens. Dealings in this company are rotten to the core and private investors pick up the tab.
