Exactly Brucie5. It’s the incredible potential that keeps me interested. With competent Management Eden would have been thriving for years with cash and big profits pouring in. It’s unbelievable that with all the approvals and supposed Partners sales are STILL almost non existent. Pathetic. I’ll jump at the opportunity to buy if this ever changes but under the present incompetent and over paid Management that looks unlikely. Those who can’t see what’s wrong are unfortunately blind to the obvious.

I never doubted the potential. What I doubt is the execution of the potential. There are so many stocks with the former, that failed over the latter. The main forward indicator of which is generally absence of sales and profits and narrative of overpromising and underdelivering - with consequent, consistent dilution of shareholders.
Against the potential, this is priced to fail; so if it succeeds, you will deserve to make multiples of your current investment. But I can very easily think of other shares holding similar promise; or less, but with more credibility built in.
If, on the other hand, I see solid evidence of advancement and material build in sales interest, I will be happy to miss out on the first few bags and come and join you!

I'd already seen Corteva's annual seed sales value (page 43) a little while ago and without knowing the answer, you have to wonder about the future potential value of Sustaine to Corteva. I wonder what is in the NDA.

Interesting commentary on European Farm to fork strategy on p11. Will this act as an incentive to partner Eden type companies operating in UK/EU ? also Corteva still trading in Russia which I had written off since the SMO p16.. as well as seeds on p43.

I get the impression that the high demand for the insecticide product will have strong demand given the multiple players that Smith says are testing and the regulatory pressure which is pulling conventional products off the market.

That's the impression Smith gives here imo@ 15.30m

Investor ignorance and lack of proper research supersonico? Really? Why then is the share price down 98%? Doesn’t that suggest that competent investors realised years ago that Eden was a sell, not least because of such tiny revenues, and that those still convinced are in a tiny minority.

If there really was a WHALE Eden would be shouting it from the rooftops as it would give the share price a lift and make a successful fund raising more likely too and at a better price.

The time to buy EDEN would be when there are signs at long long last of sales starting to take off. I keep an eye on it and all EDEN’s updates just in case. It’s because they haven’t got any sales despite all the approvals that the share has crashed, and deservedly so.

Without increasing sales soon, and if they can’t find yet more mug investors to support yet another fund raise, EDEN will go the way of ENRT, originally from the same stable, and go bust. ENRT also had fans convinced to the bitter end!

I'd be very surprised if that is the case.

Dilution is always possible but I take comfort in the thought that any funding now effectively lands us well beyond the Corteva SAT conclusion which I recall Smith saying should be very profitable from the off.

Well I dare say this will be bought up by Corteva at a distressed price... I'm not sure this kind of share is suited to the vast majority of pis, who are inevitably the last to know and first to be diluted into the ground.

It's about timing and opportunity for me.. availability of cash..etc and my boots are not full yet.

There is no secret here just a lack of decent research from many investors and perhaps an over reliance on the acquaintances of Farmboys has made folk a little lazy.

Super, what 'whale'? What are you talking about?!!!
If there is a big secret, an elephant in the room, it seems to be the one that concerns Eden's signal lack of sales.
No amount of enigmatic language, hinting at things that the rest of us canoot or do not see, can make up for this crashing share price.
Please speak plainly so we can all be enlightened!

If you think Corteva will bail out Eden you are nuts. They have stitched up the distribution rights then sold nothing. Slowly but surely they are starving Eden. I am sure they will be first in the queue for the IP when Eden run out of cash. I have never seen such a numpty board who are clearly oblivious to their own incompetence.

I rarely look at Eden bb as it matches the (lack of)quality of Eden itself, but couldn’t resist posting the following after a quick look here today.

Buy low says Supersonico. And then probably watch it go lower still, even after already falling nearly 100%!

Tiny revenues for so many years despite endless approvals tells investors all they need to know.

Why should US approvals change that?

Either another fund raising (assuming they can yet again find mug investors to support it) or otherwise they’ll run out of money and curtains for those unable to see the obvious.

There are many rubbish Companies on the market, but it’s hard to think of another one quite as hopeless as Eden.
