01/9/2017 13:08 | ECR Minerals' Craig Brown and Ivor Jones present at the Mining Capital Conference - March 2017. Pp. | piperpeter
31/8/2017 18:44 | Maybe they no longer have $1.2m in the bank? | brasso3
31/8/2017 10:29 | Market cap £2.4 million. Approximately £1.2 million in the bank. No debt. Pp. | piperpeter
30/8/2017 15:03 | The proportion of Company cash in the bank re the current market cap of £2.4 million is now equivalent to approximately 50%. Pp. | piperpeter
30/8/2017 12:35 | Sad to see people throwing their shares & money away, if only they had a bit more patience. Selling at 0.96p, how desperate is that. | novicetrade68
30/8/2017 12:14 | The proportion of Company cash in the bank re the current market cap of £2.5 million is now equivalent to approximately 48%. Pp. | piperpeter
24/8/2017 14:56 | Back in the Spring Ivor Jones appeared very excited with the potential of the Timor project and perhaps would have preferred to have drilled this prospect first, before Bailiston, but for the fact that this licence had only just been registered to the Company at the time. However, as ECR has now had the licence for nearly six months, is it likely that we could see some drilling activity carried out here soon? Pp. | piperpeter
24/8/2017 09:48 | The proportion of Company cash re the current market cap of £2.6 million is now equivalent to 46%. Pp. | piperpeter
23/8/2017 13:39 | From Results 30/06/17 - Net assets at 31 March 17 = £2,382,561. This figure is prior to the placing of £1,000,000 and the completion of the subscription by Shenyang of £553,564. It also is prior to the addition of the new Moormbool project, announced 18/7/17. Approximately three weeks ago Craig Brown states that there is (currently) well over £1.2 million in the bank. If we add £1.2 million cash to the net asset figure above, then add a further, let's say, £80k to allow for the new Moormbool project, we get £3,662,561. The current market cap is £2,661,756. If we then consider that Pattersons (last year, I believe) valued the Avoca and Bailiston licences alone (excluding the Timor & Moormbool projects that have now been added to the asset base) at AUS$ 10 million, which is over GB£6 million, the Company appears to be very undervalued at the current market cap. To repeat, the current market cap is £2,661,756. Pp. EDIT: The current market cap is now £2,599,855! | piperpeter
22/8/2017 12:51 | Isn't it about time for a full operational update, not just with regard to the current activity in Victoria, but Argentina too? Drilling there was expected to start in August. Pp. | piperpeter
21/8/2017 20:07 | Market cap now £2.66 million. Cash in bank over £1.2 million (45% of total market cap). No debt. Ongoing gold exploration. Surely there wont be a better time for the evolving shareholder base to expand? Pp. | piperpeter
16/8/2017 22:46 | Yes but more confident now though than when clayson was at the helm. At least it feels things are being worked on rather than a grand plan to sell some sand ? | chesycustard
16/8/2017 13:53 | I notice normal service has resumed with share price | 29palms
09/8/2017 19:36 | From what I can see, moving forward from consolidation in November 2016, the Company is more alive today than it ever was previously. August 4 2017, Craig Brown states - "The Company's shareholder base and strategy are evolving". With the now obvious new Chinese connection, into what will the Company evolve? Pp. | piperpeter
09/8/2017 19:24 | Thank you for that summary Pp. I can see this motor again, once a new round of drilling is confirmed and perhaps even before that. Just the usual AIM overreaction when they released their initial drilling results recently, but the good thing is that it often works both ways. | novicetrade68
09/8/2017 18:23 | not dead ones | cashchaser
09/8/2017 14:13 | Yes but every dawg has its day. | paleje
09/8/2017 13:15 | look at the share price thats all you need to know about this dawg. | cashchaser
09/8/2017 12:47 | The Mining Maven Podcast you post packs in so much important information with regard to the Oz assets and the Company, in general, moving forward; Prior to any drilling, the Avoca and Bailliston licences alone were worth more than 10 million Australian dollars (well over £6 million). Two new licences added since that valuation, plus no valuation has been included for the assets in Argentina. The drilling cost only AUS$ 70,000 (£42,000). Five out of the seven holes hit mineralisation. Well over £1.2 million cash in the bank currently. Prior to drilling that particular area there was already a resource of 272,860 tonnes of ore with an average grade of 3.86 gr/t AU with approx. 34,000 ounces of gold sitting in that small area alone. The Company is looking at other projects. And (for me) most importantly re Shenyang (the major share holder), "They want us to look for projects which they can potentially fund, invest and develop". Plus, of course, the Company has no debt. Pp. | piperpeter
09/8/2017 11:51 | Yep got that but they didn't mention it at all in the interview Craig gave last week and I would have thought he might if anything was happening. Maybe it could just come out of the blue and take us by surprise. Pleasantly of course. | paleje
09/8/2017 11:09 | It was mentioned in the Results, June 30, where it was stated that they had made preparations including drill pads and permitting activities, plus "drilling is planned to commence in August 2017". Still got plenty of cash in the coffers. Pp. | piperpeter
09/8/2017 10:53 | Yes they were Pp. You mentioned Argentina too, they were supposed to be drilling there in the summer according to a shareprophets piece in June, with a view to establishing small but relatively near term cashflows, but that's been talked about for quite a while, no recent mention from the company. | paleje
08/8/2017 16:14 | Weren't Shenyang to recommend up to two directors to be appointed to the ECR Board? Pp. | piperpeter
08/8/2017 13:22 | Wasn't drilling in Argentina planned to commence in August? Pp. | piperpeter |
