I didn't mean Bill I guessed he was pushed and Optiva out too, I meant the incoming guy Tang who's parted company abruptly CNG (ex Kryso).

Craig seems very pro Chinese, no problem with that I've done business with them for years just can't figure Tang out. Anyway good luck with your 30% it would be a start.

Bill was pushed and a good job might have a little punt now looking to get out with 30% that will do me.

Craig Brown podcast yesterday, didn't mention Argentina but thinks market reaction to last drill was overdone and optimistic they will get results from more drilling

Not sure what to make of this morning's appointments, Tang doesn't seem to have added much to CNG and don't know whether he left or was pushed.

Yes, I agree paleje. For one, the Argentina drilling campaign will be at least 4-5 times bigger than the one we just had in Australia. I see there was also a delayed 3m buy from yesterday, which probably explains why the MMs were willing to take so many sells at 0.95p.

Its funny the selling stampede caused by the last RNS and I'd bet quite a few were disappointed shareprophets readers who hadn't read properly that shareprophets' tip was initially based on Argentina not Oz.

Argentina was also a higher priority for Craig when I heard him at a presentation in January where he also had his sights on the Chinese but there were delays as we know. Nevertheless it was where he thought earliest cashflow might come from.

News from there could still surprise and if it does the share price will respond accordingly which would be a double kick for those who exited recently in disgust.

findley, you're a pathetic excuse for a human being. can't make a single penny on shares, so resorts to posting referral links for 5% kickback on a crypto coin investment lolAre you really that desperate? I can lend you a couple of grand if you want, interest free.

it has fewer shares because of consolidation and you my friend are well down on this as for me buying i will have another punt when it touches 0.75 5k for a quick in and out jobbie As for the chinese they dont always get it right as this is proving.

As I've said before, cashchaser, I've only been here since the consolidation of shares and the sorting out of the Company finances. What went before is history.

I see ECR as a "new" company, with changes to the Board, no debt, good cash levels and now with major Chinese investment in Shenyang's 22% interest.

Seven low-cost holes drilled, which proves gold mineralisation exists in what is just a tiny part of the acreage held by ECR explored to date, to me is a good start.

No doubt drilling will continue at some point in Victoria, along side perhaps the proposed drilling in Argentina which now must be getting close to starting.

You appear to spend a lot of your time looking back to what went before, but this will make no difference to the outcome of any future drilling...the grades will prove to be commercial, or otherwise.

I believe you will find that the Company has already recovered...from massive debt and lack of investment in the past. It now has cash and no debt and considerably fewer shares in issue. Perhaps you should consider buying a few?

Actually, around these levels it's a buy. They have enough cash for further rounds of drilling in Australia and they'll be kicking off their drilling campaign in Argentina later on in Q4.

In anticipation of good results explorers always rise, only to be sold off on the news. The drop here is actually overdone since it was such a small campaign, but as always selling begets more selling, so here we are.

But selling around 0.96p is just throwing your money away imo.

LONDON: 2 JUNE 2017 - The directors of ECR Minerals plc (the "Board") are pleased to announce that the Company has raised gross proceeds of GBP1,000,000 by way of an oversubscribed placing (the "Placing") for 55,555,556 new ordinary shares in the Company of 0.001 pence (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 1.8 pence each ("Issue Price").

Its over sold and the other drilling results may be better. 1p looks a fair price bearing in mind the above.

Mind you I agree its a dawg. Not a long termer.....
