01/8/2008 21:21 | another high octane roller-coaster day of EBT trading :-\ | cordwainer
16/7/2008 23:40 | In fact, if I hadn't stabbed myself so much, I'd be considering a stab at this tomorrow. (I agree with your post 662) | cordwainer

15/7/2008 22:26 | cordwainer - 19 Nov'07 - 14:40 - 553 of 662 edit This EBT still too high, should be approx 8 or 9p going by p/e rating and growth expectations, imho. cordwainer - 2 Dec'07 - 06:22 - 568 of 662 yes, my post of 19 Nov says approx 8 or 9p. azalea - 5 Dec'07 - 18:35 - 572 of 662 cordwainer 8-9p. In your dreams. -------- Although whenever I actually invest I'm usually wrong :-\ | cordwainer
10/7/2008 15:46 | It a long term hold for recovery, if not a bid beforehand. Look what happened to CBM - Audley eventually came through after a disasterous period. | azalea
10/7/2008 14:52 | looks like you bottled out too soon ursamajora ... just topped up myself, nice RNS today back at 20p by October IMHO | cheekyfella

08/6/2008 12:32 | I read very recently that 6 0ut of 10 Chinese do not own a mobile phone. Given the massive annual migration of people from the countryside to towns and cities, EBT should be able to catch a slice of the increasing market demand. I note that major shareholders now own circa 95% of the shares in issue. With Audley European (24.91%) now perhaps not so engrossed in its dealings over its similar stake in CBM, it might now be able to turn its attention to EBT. | azalea
08/6/2008 07:50 | interesting article about the chinese mobile market ... could be positive news for EBT | cheekyfella
29/5/2008 01:43 | Explorer, your last post worries me; especially the 3.5 Billion deferred shares; at first glance that seems to mean dilution, dilution, dilution; comments from experienced investors? | mokhan2
21/5/2008 10:46 | Reading through the 2007 annual report, i note that there are 15,637,170 options outstanding with an average excise price of 5p (current share price 15p). I also have three questions which i wonder whether anyone can provide answers to please... 1. Last year EBT expanded into Chengdu in Sichuan province. How have these new outlets been affected by the earthquake? 2. Whilst there are around 220m shares issued, there are near 3.5 BILLION deferred shares (3,447,931,806). Please could someone explain the relevance of this huge number of deferred shares? implications? 3. I note that EBT's former solicitors are sueing EBT for alledged unpaid work. Does anyone have any insight into the possible outcome of this litigation against EBT (i note that EBT lost their earlier legal battle with a previous litigant - the Scottish Ministers - and were ordered to pay the litigant's costs). | explorer88
01/5/2008 16:51 | Don't forget our friends at Audley have got quite a slug (see CBM, GVC etc) | beaufort1
01/5/2008 16:41 | ursamajorra 648 Given that the largest shareholding of 25% is headed by EIG Venture Capital, your thinking might not be wide of the mark. | azalea

10/4/2008 06:56 | Yes,good all round.I think the predators will be looking very closely at these results. | ursamajorra
10/4/2008 06:54 | The preliminary bid is still ongoing. A much improved result, leads me to think EBT will be in profit in the next 12 months, regardless of whether it remains independent, or, not. | azalea
14/3/2008 10:00 | Touting KTIP on various 'China' threads will not help your case. Start you own thread. | azalea |
