04/12/2018 11:06 | SilkstagI'm not here to discuss your view or right, wrong or bang on. You missed the question maybe. So I'll ask again , why are you, a person who is obsessed with this company and proving yourself you are right, not going to the meeting? It's a simple question, why aren't you going ?I don't get it, why, someone who skegds hours on the company not going? Are you hiding? Are you an ex?What is it? It don't add up. | cryptotrade
04/12/2018 10:29 | Crypto, Your troll rant post ignores that my analysis was bang on right about this dirty bungling Board sinking the Earthtanic into the icy depths. I called it when the execs were touting greatness, but the numbers revealed business model failure. Turning up at a pr meeting to be lied at is naive, demeaning and worthless. Waste of time and emotion. 4 culpable Uberoi crony non-execs are still on the Board. This suggests that Sal-amanda is a dirty lizard. I repeat my prediction of a bucket of options awarded by culpable crony non-execs to Salamanda and her CFO and others. If yes, then I will call that Salamanda and new execs accepting bribes to spare the culpable NXDs from being fired. The results RNS is silent on q1fy19 turnover. I infer it was dire. Lower than q1fy18. Customers must find alternative providers. Salamanda keeping the grubby NXDs is not forgivable. EPO is in a death spiral under dirty lizard Salamanda! All imho. Dyor | silkstag
04/12/2018 10:11 | SilkstagI think your confused. You seem to suggest by reading my text you know what I'm thinking. You don't so please try not to suggest you do because, hold it, you don't. Also I did not seek validation of your VIEW OR Views 2 years and 45 seconds ago. You seem hell bent on projecting your view, right, wrong, yet, as I implied, you never seen to want to stand up, be seen.I implied that's odd, strange and really a waste of time. You're shouting with a speaker, yet your miles away. Where is our leader the plebs say? He's ten miles away so he can escape. So to help you understand simply silkstag. Why are you not going to the meeting? You seem obsessed with the company ? Why?Were you paid by someone to attack the management? Why do obsessed? Why are you afraid to show your face so we can see who silkstag is?Finally are you a wanna be CEO?To end it like a coward would, are you going to do a clause 11 like cowards do or simply response and be brave and explain why you're not going to the meeting ! You have a view , so why not go. I just don't get you. | cryptotrade
03/12/2018 14:54 | I can hear Status Quo playing, "Down Down, Deeper and Down." I can't make out the words, but that's normal for Status Quo. For years I thought it was, "Down Down, Diddly Down". Gilbert O'Sullivan also had a few ideas: "You're a bad dog baby, Get down, get down, get down!" | arf dysg
03/12/2018 11:38 | Crypto, your posts if truly your views paint a narrow and naive picture. Analyst briefings are PR push. Will only get pre-preapred bull. 2.25 years ago when price was way higher my views on management and spending were collated with others and presented by a holder to other large holders and the chairman. A new CEO/CFO was on offer. Board resolved to make zero changes. Actionable breach of fiduciary duty imho! Large holders didn't force change. But I did my bit to brief a holder who briefed others and put forward a solution. It seems large holders acted 2 years late. I have given my views to the same holder. Maybe there will be dialogue maybe not, I don't know. But anything will be confidential. I have only shared the existence of this summer 2016 board change dialogue now. Comnercial window missed by board sadly. Same non-execs still there to try to block being sued. All imho. Dyor | silkstag
03/12/2018 08:56 | Then why are you not going to the meeting silkstag? What you scared of?Anyone who feels as strongly as you and hides behind a name but scares to stand up, face to face seems like kinda Tonka toy strange. You have a view, yet hide. Maybe they know you?Maybe , just don't get it. You shout, but hide. What a silly way to present your views. Instead you could be there, asking questions. It's kinda cowardly. | cryptotrade
30/11/2018 16:08 | No answer by board to my 28 Nov post: "The 4 big issues are: 1) Was q1fy19 even worse than fy18, fy17 and fy16? 2) Will q2fy19 be worse again. Eg Turnover falling, losses widening? 3) Are there horrors concealed from the market? 4) Why are 4 culpable non-execs still on the board? Bad Juju! All imho. Dyor" | silkstag
30/11/2018 13:11 | Silkstag,We knew , so why repeat the numbers. Duh! | cryptotrade
30/11/2018 13:11 | I love jam | cryptotrade
30/11/2018 13:10 | CaradogLol. Pancake. Kids eh, remember they are going through the hormone process and they are thinking about everything but pancakes. | cryptotrade
30/11/2018 12:11 | Maybe the 4 culpable non-execs have bought sanctuary and immunity by offering new CEO and execs a huge options deal? Even by French standards that would be 'sal'. SalAmanda? We shall see. All imho. Dyor | silkstag
30/11/2018 11:16 | Grease is the word, is the word that you heard... In this context, it might not refer to elbow grease, sometimes known as hard work. It might, instead, refer to the sound of executive palms being greased. | arf dysg
30/11/2018 10:32 | Crypto, the old Earthport IS dead, but a new Earport is born with quite a bit of cash that could be used to spark an energetic renewal (utilising the potential mentioned by Arf). The new CEO could be just the person to do the job. But we don't know that. The problem is, you have a board made of people with no track record, and people with a record of careful supervision of inexorable decline. The long-term non-execs should go. They remind me of my teenage daughter. When asked to keep and eye on the pancakes in the frying pan, she carried out the task diligently and literally as she watched them slowly carbonise and fill the kitchen with smoke. | caradog
30/11/2018 10:11 | Caradog (15713) “This has always been a jam-tomorrow company. But this is going to change, because tomorrow, my friends, we will have Jam!” This is one to cut out and keep. It applies to so many companies. | arf dysg
30/11/2018 10:09 | The Final Results statement includes the word "potential" eight times. In context, these are: underlying potential potential Earthport has always possessed huge potential potential is not without its challenges underlying potential I firmly believe potential Earthport has always possessed potential to combine with international settlement potential deferred tax asset It sounds like a high-voltage business, positively electrifying in fact. I got shares They're multiplying And I'm losing control 'Cos the potential You're supplying It's electrifying! | arf dysg
30/11/2018 09:54 | Crypto we already knew turnover fy18 a couple montgs ago. It was downgraded from £40.3m to £34m to £31.9m. The growth stalled from the interims. RNS is silent on turnover in q1fy19. Why? If it was good would AM be silent? Fy19 is already in trouble! Bad governance that AM failed to disclose this number and let the market decide. So much for her new transparency! All imho. Dyor | silkstag
30/11/2018 08:15 | Would you prefer a CEO to be serially negative. You'd then say, what kind of leader are they, no hope, no vision. Remember to have a vision you must see beyond today otherwise no point being a leader | cryptotrade
30/11/2018 08:14 | Looking at this is not say it's dead. The predictions by silly sausage revenue would fall, be less and be on a serious downtrend has not happened. As they mentioned, a LARGE client left , no problems. They've gone back to previous highs and are not building from there. I actually think from here once they sorted a few things out it's a good buy anything below 5p. Governance was not great but they're cleaning that up. Look at the big companies going bust, big, so it's not linked to just these small fry. I reckon it's upwards from here. Revenue is not falling , it's growing. Silly sausage if you're not going to the meeting , oh well, that suggests to me they know you and you don't want to show your face. True balls require you to be there not hide round the corner. I'll not be asking anyones questions. If you wanna ask, you ask. Long live whatever , but it's clear they are alive and now it's a question of whether they can grow from here. If not a buyout will happen. | cryptotrade
30/11/2018 08:13 | This amused me: “I therefore believe we are well positioned to deliver the potential Earthport has always possessed and look forward to the coming year with confidence." In other words: “This has always been a jam-tomorrow company. But this is going to change, because tomorrow, my friends, we will have Jam!” | caradog
30/11/2018 07:48 | Oh, well, finally an admission that the corporate governance has been, to put it diplomatically, a shambles. The breakdown of revenues and admin expenses shows that the payments business is seriously underperforming. Yet another relaunch. Earthport is dead. Long live Earthport. | caradog
29/11/2018 18:56 | I am trader but 10 shares is not a lot | cryptotrade
29/11/2018 18:56 | I hold 10 shares. Trust me it's a £1s worth. | cryptotrade
29/11/2018 12:19 | Please ask why 4 apparently culpable Uberoi crony non-executive directors are still on the board? Ask about her plans for compensation for wrongdoing and directors disqualification. Please post her replies here. Ps I know a party who migh communicate direct and there might be a bulletin I could extract non confidential parts from if AM offers no way forward. If she does, then silence I am afraid. All imho.
