The 4 big issues are:
1) Was q1fy19 even worse than fy18, fy17 and fy16?
2) Will q2fy19 be worse again. Eg Turnover falling, losses widening?
3) Are there horrors concealed from the market?
4) Why are 4 culpable non-execs still on the board? Bad Juju!

For a company which has a great solution and clients it's a matter of time the shares are repriced at 3p, with a nice updated strategy, balance sheet and clear vision on building from here. Failing that, silly sausage, the pretend CEO will buy it for 1p and show how he was a wanna be arrogant pompy.SSR, you didn't respond . Where is the persistent seller. 5k of shares ...

What if turnover in q1fy19 and q2fy19 are both lower than before as clients are dumping Epola and adopting better/safer solutions?
What if Epola starts getting sued by some of the many people it seems to have deceived?
What if Epola gets delisted (as it should)?
Any future buyer would only take the trade and not want the company with its bust reputation and contingent liabilities. So even a lucky fire sale would not get cash for shareholders, but for angry victim creditors.
Uberoi crony NXDs still control the board.
Epola shareholder misery is written in the stars!

SSR persistent seller. Who? There are hardly any shares being sold mate. It's not going bust. They have a decent turnover. If they manage costs right they can build from their.

There is a persistent seller. Seller probably knows more than what we do. The market is pricing in a very bad set of results. Cu*t Uberoi is responsible for this train crash. He should have been sacked long time ago. Mesler may have come in too late to repair the damage.

I'm wondering if we can get a 3p entry point, quite possibly after the dilution. This is however a company which may well get purchased after the dilution for the largest shareholders. 12p selling price.

I have a question. Now the fools have admitted they fabricated some numbers, if any shareholders, forget the larget ones, private shareholders had shares at the time in this company, when the sp, it looks like, looking at the chart, tanking from 40p to todays price, whether they hold or not, could they make any claim for compensation for loss of capital?

It's an interesting querstion if you held during that time line for PIs.
