09/11/2018 11:53 | Uberoi has been fidddling the figures. This c*nt and his cronies should be locked up for misleading investors. Mesler has a tough job. I cannot see how EPO can compete with the big firms. It does not have any competitive advantage to win new business. The capitulation of the share price is suggesting there may be more bad news to come. 5p by year end imo. STRONG SELL imho. | ssr23
08/11/2018 17:49 | Caradog, binary, yes indeed ha ha. | arf dysg
08/11/2018 17:02 | Lol. I like fiddlers. Silly sausage, why do you keep troll posting public information. It's all public. You talking to yourself. Keep repeating. :-)Oh on Monday epolo went to the Loo.What a backstabbing coward you are. .Oh let's not forget you're an ex CEO pretend at best. | cryptotrade
08/11/2018 14:59 | 2016 and 2017 accounts fiddled £6m. 2018 accounts very late. Two Ex CEOs kicked out on 22 October. 4 Uberoi leech NXDs must go for complicity. If new CEO keeps them to give her a truckload of share options then market will shout fraud. Customers hate this diseased mess. Epola outbreak out-of-control. SELL! All imho. Dyor | silkstag
08/11/2018 14:25 | Caradog. The problem with binary it only has two outcomes, on, off. Sometimes you need an IF. | cryptotrade
08/11/2018 14:23 | Silly sausage, you're like a school girl hiding in the corner talking people down. Lucky I care little about you. Hey, did you know you're a silly sausage.I said 40m, I said 40m. Do you ears burn. Lol. | cryptotrade
08/11/2018 14:22 | Arf haha Hexi. | cryptotrade
08/11/2018 14:08 | You know what they say Arf, there are 10 sorts of people - those who understand binary, and those who don't. | caradog
08/11/2018 13:40 | Arf, epic. Troll Crypto is incapable of functioning in base 10. He is numerically 'special'. Well proven, Thank you. | silkstag
08/11/2018 13:32 | On her 32nd birthday, in base 8 she would be 40, but she wouldn't want to know that. In base 4 she would be 200. In hexadecimal she would be 20. Funny how she would be extremely pleased to know that she's 20 in hexadecimal, even though it doesn't change her age a bit. Just before her 32nd birthday, i.e. when she's 31, she would be 111 in base 5. That would be fun - telling her that she's ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN. Unfortunately she'd have the speed and fitness of a thirty-one year old, so she'd most likely chase me and hit me. | arf dysg
08/11/2018 12:20 | Troll Crypto 15664 repeats 2018 turnover is "40 odd million". That is crypto fraudulent misrepresentation. EPO 2017 turnover was £30.3m and board forecast 2018 at £40.3m. Board made 2 downgrades to £31.9m. Crypto serially posting £40m is to repeddle the board's false 2018 forecast which it has since abandoned. £31.9m is not "40 odd". That is a lie. Arf, as research, please try telling a woman just before her 32nd birthday that she is now "40 odd"! Please post her response. | silkstag
07/11/2018 19:12 | Nooooooooo! Stop making me read your posts!!! | arf dysg
07/11/2018 13:57 | 40 odd million. | cryptotrade
07/11/2018 13:57 | Silly sausage you said you filtered me. Why can't you help yourself . Seems like you lied. You said you filtered me. You read my posts like it's hell for you. Why? I couldn't care less .Stand corrected you do, poor soul. Who cares. Oh by the way who is silly sausage? | cryptotrade
07/11/2018 10:57 | Uberoi in numbers: 1) EPO 2018 group turnover is £32m not crypto's asserted £40m. Growth stalled and may have fallen in q1fy19. 2) Only about £20m is core organic. EPO bought baydonhill which has about £12m fx. Not processing cross border transfers. It keeps having disasters. Blundered £5m in one fx transaction. 3) In 8 years Uberoi grew core turnover from £2m to £20m. Extra £2.25m pa. Rubbish in a wild booming sector. 4) Grew losses from £5m to £10m pa. Serial lies about imminent breakeven. 5) Grew issued shares from 88m pre hire to 134m post hire then to 625m. So x7 or x5. Hideous dilution to fund his delusional profligacy. 6) Market just found out Uberoi signed false accounts for 2016 and 2017 by £6m. 7) 4 non-execs who failed to govern these disasters are still on board. Ramgopal. Williams. Moran. Brown. Looks filthy. 8) Costs hiked way too high. Losses way too high and for way too long. Dilution way too high. Turnover growth (£2.25m pa) way too low. FAIL. FAIL. FAIL. WILL GO BUST. SELL. SELL. SELL All imho. Dyor | silkstag
07/11/2018 10:16 | Cara - Whistleblowimg it is however if you trade with that INSIDE information you're an insider. Personally I don't care, it's silly sausage who paints a perfect persona of himself when he's not. As for epo, I don't get the company. Looking at the history, it's had years or opportunities to make things happen. For some reason I suspect each group of directors have always oversold the opportunities and spent more than they should. HANK took over and he tried. He took over s business it seems which was earning 2 million. They managed to bump this up to 40mil. That's great. The challenge when scaling is to try and keep a sense of perspective on the areas of scale. Epo pre Hank had many clients. Post Hank they had fewer clients but higher volume. Nothing wrong in that. It has a service which is great but they've not leveraged it enough. Simple as that. I think they have a good client base, solid base of revenue unlike silly sausage stating it's useless and so it's up to them from here. Build up on high volume clients. Hank was just over enthusiastic that's all. He did his best. On a lighter note, they group who are out, have gone, good riddance to them. Now it's up to the new bunch to shape it. They should I assume inherit a business with 35/40 m turnover, cash in bank and a great chance. If this gets to 1p, I will once again buy some stock and trade. I'm thinking 5p at the moment depending on results but a great buy at these levels since they're not going bust. I'm interested in whether they have changed the strategy to reduce their cost base as opposed to growing revenue to 100m and not making any profit. First step tighten up the costs, grow costs in right area and move from there. | cryptotrade
07/11/2018 09:06 | Oh give it a rest Crypto. Obtaining “confidential& Have you wondered why, after two ex chairmen/CEOs have abruptly left without any succession planning, all the experienced non-execs were overlooked in the appointment of a new chairman, with the task being given to the non-exec who has been in post for less than two months? This suggests that the major shareholders may not be happy with the board, rather unsurprisingly. | caradog |
